Supply and laying of Refrigerant piping from AHU to Condensing unit usig 16 swg hard drawn copper pipe, fittings and supports for Liquid &Suction Line. The liquid line should be painted with approved colour enamel paint and Suction pipe shuld be insulated with 19mm thk nitrile rubber tubular foam all asspecified and as directed.

Supply and installation of Thermostatic Expansion valve and filter drier for condensing unit. Make:Danfoss/Emersson all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of 25mm/32 mm Drain piping with 6mm thick nitrile rubber tubular insulation all as specified and as directed.

Materials & Labour for charging of refrigerant R407/R410a all as specified and as directed

Supply and installation of hand/factory fabricated ducting made out of Aluminium sheets with proper gasket, supports ,rods,angle flanges etc and fabricated as per SMACNA standard.All flange joints shall be sealed with RTV Sealent to make it air tight 22 Gauge Aluminium sheet all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Magnehelic gauges 100 mm ,range 0‐60 pascle WG With SS box and probe at different rooms with pvc tube all as specified and as directed. Make:Dwyer/Sensocon

Supply and laying of GI perforated 16 SWG thickness cable tray with cover of size 200 mm x 50mm including coupler plates,bends and cable tie etc all specified and as directed

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated 6 sqmm 4 core copper armoured cables, glands and lugs,Cables should be layed in GI perforated cable tray for power supply from Control panel to ODUall as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated 4 sqmm 4 core copper armoured cables, glands and lugs,Cables should be layed in GI perforated cable tray for power supply from controll panel to AHUand Heater Bankall as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated 2.5 sqmm 3 core copper armoured cables, glands and lugs,Cables should be layed in GI perforated cable tray for power supply from controll panel.all as specified and directed

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated 1 sqmm 4 core copper armoured cables, glands and lugs,Cables should be layed in GI perforated cable tray for all controll wiring all as specified and asdirected.

Supply, installing, testing and commisioning of LT cubical panel board 440 volts , 50 Hz , 3 phase , 4 wire ,In door type IP-65 and above , vermin, dust proof, front operated with adequate air ventilation at sides and back fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with shutter and locking arrangements cable lugs ,cable gland etc.including provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables duly marked with relevetted letter plates of appropriate size for ech feeder cables danger board etc , suitable to accomodate and including the following mentioned fittings , floor mounted with PCC 1:2:4, type B1 platform of 20 cm height suitable nut bolts, washer etc. for grouting , and painting with power coated epoxy finish of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer with all accessories for HVAC system mounted near AHU and Panel should also have necessary interlocking between AHU & condensing Units all as specified and as directed.
