Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection 23 cm thick in two layers (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness.). Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment purposes).

Material & Labour for Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat, size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping around the pole strut above ground level, foundation of stay etc. including neccassory form work and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement including demolition of old PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for cover slab 700x700x60mm including 8 mm TMT bars @150mm c/c both ways, 02 Nos 12 mm dia round bars handle including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement HT XLPE cable, cross section area 185 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 V, screened, PVC 'E' grade insulated bedded, galvanised steel (heavy duty ) strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor, pressure earthed system, conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1 ) 1977 and Part-II of 1985, laid in pipes / ducts / trenches, under floor and roads or fixed to wall etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement fixing, installation, commissioning and testing of switch Air break, Gang operated with 15 insulator switch Triple pole, mechanicaly operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, for current rating 200 Amp operating Voltage 11 KV out door, vertical mounted type, complete with locking arrengement, assembly with fuse mount carrier and fuse element of required capacity and isolator suitable for 11 KV including necessary electric connection and 11 KV fuse (drop out type) of capacity as required at site and directed by Engr-in-Charge, with DO fuses assembly and one number operating rod of 25 mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length, worked out from ground level and handle complete with lock and two Nos keys incl flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GOD including nut, bolt, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 24 here-in-before but current rating 400 Amps.

Material and labour in replacement Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structual steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicted and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of super enameld paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of HT over head lines 3 wire and 2 earth wire span measured as one length ACSR conductor and Re-stretching of ACSR Conductor 3 wire of any size on HT over head line 11000 volts grade including earth continuity wire and binding properly, replacement of jumper with existing / suitable size of ACSR conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Painting to bottom of existing PCC poles 11 mtr long pole upto 1.5 mtr from ground level to be painted with 30 cm height each in black and Red colour alternatively ,total of 5 Nos connecting from the Top PCC coping and making pole No with paint as per approved pattern complete all as specified and as directed (Note:-The numbering shall be hand written only stencils shall not be allowed ,size of letter shall be 50 mm high and 10 mm wide.)

Painting of cross arm and MS channel , nut bolts, clamps etc on HT two Pole Structure of 11 Mtr Long after preparing/Scrapping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with one coat of primer and two coats of aiuminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Servicing and painting of 11 KV GOD by cleaning the contact ,Pin insulator with CTC and applying the Patrollium Jelley at the contact point /down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted /corroded bolts and nuts(using GI Nuts& Bolts) as required at site. Painting shall be done after preparing/scrapping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect and painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint including cross arm/MS channel and male female contact in red/yellow/blue colour Note:- Unserviceable parts such as contacts, Insulators, copper tinned strip etc shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as 100 mm thick in sub floors and sub base floors and paving complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting and taking down of transformer indoor/outdoor type 11000/415 volts having capacity 50 to 100 KVA, transportation to contractor’s workshop for repairs, strip opening of transformer after unscrewing nuts /bolts screws and connected accessories such as breather, conservator tank, temp gauge, taking out the core for replacement of defective parts and transportation back to the site after repairs and installing, connecting up, testing and commissioning at the site complete all as specified and directed. Notes : - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity MS drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. (b) Rewinding of both HT & LT coils shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (d) The said transformer shall be repaired in reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (e) Coil to be replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge insulation value matching with manufacturer's design. (f) Testing of transformer after repair shall be carriewd out with the following test and the cost of testing shall deem to be included in unit rate quoted against this item. (i) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall not be less than 750 mega ohm with 5000 volts megger and record of the same shall be maintained. (ii Painting of transformer with one coat of supper enamelled paint after cleaning the oil from transformer body shall be deemed included in unit quoted rate.

All as per item 41 here-in-before but of transformer capacity 160 KVA to 200 KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT coils made out of super enameled HT copper winding wire of transformers having capacity 50 to 500 KVA all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of LT coils made out of super enameled LT copper winding / strip of transformers having capacity 50 to 500 KVA all as specified and directed Note :- Coil to be replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge insulation value matching with manufacturer’s design.

All as per item No 46 here-in-before but with aluminium winding wire or strip.

Material & Labour for Strip opening of transformer of capacity 50 to 160 KVA, 11 KV /433 volts indoor /outdoor type of any make after unscrewing nuts & bolts, screws and connected accessories such as breather, conservator tank, temp gauge etc. for replacement of defective parts such as replacement of leaking gaskets, replacement of worn out/burnt out studs, checking and cleaning of contacts of tap changer and re-assembling the transformer after replacing the defective parts/repair complete all as directed. Notes : (i) Payment of defective parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) The cost for replacement of packing material such as top gasket, shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item (iii) The repair/strip opening of transformers shall be carried out at site of its installation without removal of transformer from the site of installation..

All as per item 48 here-in-before but of transformer above 200 KVA to 500 KVA.

Supply only LT porcelain bushing and heat resistance gasket with brass/copper studs washer and rubber bush etc for Transformer of Cap up to 250 KVA.

Material and labour for pin point fault locating through vehicle mounted fault locating machine for the HT cable 11 KV of 95 sqmm to 300 sqmm 3 core all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Contractor will liable to rectify the cables fault at urgently basis within the time of fault received for urgent location within the incl rate. (ii) Taking out HT 11 KV cable of any size and relaying of serviceable cable after rectification of fault, HT Joint and cable shall be replaced as per site requirements (excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable, PCC cable covers and joints shall be measured and paid separately).Relaying of serviceable cable for excavation upto 10 mtr will be considered as one job. (iii) Contractor will be liable to rectify the cable fault at urgent basis witin the time of fault received for urgent location within the stipulated time and rate. (iv) If contractor will failed to rectiy the fault within the 24 hours from the complaint received, the penality of 200 Rs/hour will be payable.

Supply & Fix in replacement GI strip 32 x 6mm as earth continuity lead beyond test point fixed to wall on PVC insulators or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old jumper,including supply and fixing new jumper connection on HT over head line with suitable size of ACSR conductor 6/1 x3.00mm (ferret) aluminium PG (Parellel Grooves) clamps alkaline sleaves complete of length not less than 3.0 Mtrs as per site requirement including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing manually suitable to pass through 80 to 100 mm bore GI tubing and cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling up of fresh transformer oil as in topping up/levelling up after dehydration having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap conforming to IS -335/1993 all as specified and directed:

Material and labour for servicing /testing of breaker/control panel including CT/ PT and relays in control panel of VCB/RMU of capacity 630-800 Amps and rating 11 KV complete as details mentioned as under:- (a) Details of servicing of breaker :- (i) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (ii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iii) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (iv) Check for rust and wear. (v) Check Spring Tension and pitting of the Cluster Contacts. (vi) Visual check for rust and deformation. (vii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (viii) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires. (ix) Check whether the contacts are damaged by arcing. (x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any. (xi) Check close & trip coil. (xii) Checking of Jaw Contacts Conditions and repair/adjust. (xiii) Replace the jaw contacts,If required. (xiv) Improvement of resistance of epoxy insulator and epoxy body by applying post heated varnish. (xv) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers . (xvi) Replacement of carbon brush of spring charging motor (xvii) Checking, cleaning, tightening , testing the busbars incl bus chambers,support insulator, Spouts, CT/PT etc. (b) The following test shall be carried out:- (i) Primary Injection Test of CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition. (c) Testing of Over current and earth fault relay of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay (d) Testing of DC Supply supervision and Master trip relay.

Material & Labour for Periodical cutting of trees /trimming of branches along the HT overhead lines in a girth of 03 mtrs on either side of the conductors including removing the same and dumping complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Expenditure for necessary tool and plants required for Periodical cutting of trees / trimming of branches along the HT /LT overhead lines are deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply and filling silica gel blue colour in existing breather assembly after taking out old silica gel complete all as specified and as directed.

Dehydration of Transformer oil through on load mobile stream line transformer oil filteration plant at various site of various capacity installed at Floor / Pole and plinth mounted with all accessories connected to Transformer to carrying out filteration of oil for desired di electric strength i.e not less than 60 KA at 2.5 mm Gap all as specified and as directed.

Material and qualified technical team having good knowledge to working on 66 KV Grid gantry for identifying hot points/corrosive various type of clamps mounted on gantry and fixing them by replacement of unserviceable/rusted clamps and nut bolts (T clamp, PG clamp, isolator clamp and PT clamp) and corrosive 200 sqmm ACSR conductor from Grid gantry, including taking out rusted/corrosive nut and bolts from defected clamps, replaced them by replacement or cleaning the clamps by best quality anti-corrosive spray to dclamps on 66 KV PT, CT, SF-6 breakers and mounted on primary and secondary conductors, including tightning, refixing and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) All types of clamps and conducor shall be measured and paid separately . (ii) Replaced suitable size of nut and conductor shall be included in this quoted rate. (iii) Job shall be completed in a stipulated time, due to complete cantt will be affected during shut down.
