Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of Pumping Installations at New CMCD Pump House comprising of 2 x 75HP centrifugal pumpsets (Fire Fighting), 1 x 15HP centrifugal pump (Jockey pump), 2 x 7.5HP monoblock pumpset, 2 x 5HP monoblock pumpset and 2 x 3HP monoblock pumpset including maintaining of pumping records by providing One FGM per shift of 8 hours for 3 shifts in a day on all days including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing of services for operation of Drenching Installations and Pump House at War Head Integration area including operation of pumps of drenching system comprising of 3 x 25HP and at Tower Pump House comprising of 2 x 7.5HP and connected valves by providing One FGM per shift of 8 hours for 2 shifts in a day on all days including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of pumping installation at Carbon Carbon Pump House comprising of 1 x 50HP centrifugal pumpset, 1 x 25HP centrifugal pump set, 1 x 20HP centrifugal pumpset, 1 x 20HP monoblock pumpset and 1 x 5HP submersible pump by providing One FGM per shift of 8 hours for 3 shifts in a day on all days including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing for operation of pumping installations at War Head Integration Pump House comprising of fire fighting water pumps of capacities 1 x 7.5HP, 2 x 5HP and 2 x 100HP and connected valves, chlorine and alum dozing units, checking of desirable limit of free chlorine presence in water including services to the filtration plant, pumping to over head reservoir and distribution to the building by operating connected valves by providing One FGM per shift of 8 hours for 3 shifts in a day on all days including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing of services for operation of pumping installations at MEMS Pump House comprising of pumpsets 2 x 3HP including control valves of any size to provide regular water supply at EHSV, MEMS, PSL, 0901 and 0902 by providing One FGM per shift of 8 hours for 2 shifts in a day on all days including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing of services for day to day maintenance of installations of Pump House consisting of centrifugal pumps, motors, pipelines, valves etc., and carrying out maintenance of valves/joints including arresting of leakages by replacing gland ropes, bolts, nuts and washers, greasing of motors, cleaning of service over head tanks by providing One Pipe Fitter and One Helper per shift of 8 hours for 1 shift in a day on all days including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed. Note: Services of one Pipe Fitter and one Helper together will be measured as one unit shift. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost of all consumable for maintenance.

Notes for the serial item No 1 to 6 All Tools & Plants required for operating, repair and maintenance are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All stationary for Duty Roster, Attendance register, Wages register, Log sheet book, maintenance record etc., shall be arranged, maintained and submitted by the contractor to Engineer in charge in the first week of every month.

Any loss due to negligence, faulty operation shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Wage period shall not exceed one month. Wages for all workers employed shall be paid before 7th day of every month through bank account without fail irrespective of whether RAR is claimed or not.

Minimum wages, EPF, ESI, Bonus etc., to the workers shall be paid by the contractor as per Regional Labour/PF Commissioner, Gazette Notification including DA all as authorized.

Labour elements for fixing spares/parts mentioned in this Schedule/BoQ as 'Supply only' shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted.

The workers employed by the contractor for outsourcing shall be entitled for one day weekly off and the contractor has to provide suitable substitute in the concerned shifts. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for this provision.
