12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

6 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of Lime wash on top of walls when dry for bearing of R.C.C. slabs and beams.

Providing, transportation, hosting and placing in position precast reinforcement cement concrete slab Covers of thickness 150mm on the drain Chambers/ manholes of various sizes of M-30 grade cement concrete, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement as detailed- bottom reinforcement 12mm dia. @ 200mm C/C, top reinforcement 10mm dia. @ 200mm C/C, binders 10mm @ 250mm both top and bottom, including chair bars of 12mm dia. and 6 hooks of 12mm dia. in the each piece i/c neat cement punning on finished surface etc. and cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing RCC work manually or by mechanical means including scrapping of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 m lead, with all recovered steel and other serviceable materials remaining the property of the contractor, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
