Providing and constructing Half brick masonry using Flyash/ Flyash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg / Sq.cm strength of approved make and size in partition walls in C.M 1:4 (using crushed sand) including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete and with stiffners of RCC 1:2:4 (105 X 75 mm size) at every 900 mm height including form work curing etc. complete as per specifications but excluding reinforcement in Super Structure up to Floor - II level. (Reinforcement will be paid under relevant item)

Providing and constructing brickwork in cement mortar 1:6 using crushed sand with Flyash/ Flyash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg/ Sq.cm strength of approved make and size in super structure above plinth up to and including Floor II level including, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, cleaning complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound of approved make for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Grouting with ready to use, quick- setting, water proof repair grout (free of chlorides and water soluable salts) for stoppage of water seepage and leakages by adding potable water (3 parts by-volume of grout mix with 1 part-by-volume of potable water). Grouting will be done through pre-fixed nipples with High Pressure Hand Pump, and removing the nipples after grouting the area including cost of materials, labour, equipment, tools & tackles and consumables etc. all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Tentative/suggested make for guidance of bidder(s) - Mc Fix ST (Manufactured by Mc. Bauchemi) or approved equivalent

Drilling Holes of 12/13mm diameter and fixing Aluminium/ PVC nipples using ready Mix High Strength Mortar.

Grouting (only quantity of material used for grouting will be measured and paid.) Contrator shall maintain Log book for consumption of Grout / Cement duly approved by Engineer in Charge .

Providing and applying / injecting general purpose, high flow, Class A, non-shrink grout having high flowability through voids, bottom of base plate, tie rod hole and/or gap of min. 10 mm up to 100 mm, by mixing potable water, in a controlled manner by forced-action mixer, in the range of min. 2.9kg to max. 4.1kg per 20 kg bag of grout depending on the required consistency including cost of materials, labour, equipment, tools & tackles and consumables etc. all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Technical parameters: (i) Compressive strength (as per AS 1478.2) in the range of min. 60 MPa to 75 MPa at 28 days depending upon consistency of the grout mix. (ii) Felxural strength (as per AS 1012.11) min. 13 MPa at 28 days, (iii) Indirect tensile strength (as per AS 1012.10) min. 6 MPa at 28 days, (iv) setting time (as per AS 1012.18) - Initial Setting Time min. 5.5 hours and Final Setting Time max. 7.5 hours (v) Flow characteristics (as per AS 1478.2): 400-600mm (Flow Trough) and 25-30 seconds(Flow cone). Rate will be inclusive of mixing, pouring, curing as per manufacture's specification, including scaffolding, complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Tentative / suggested make for guidance of bidder(s) : Conbextra GP2 Grout of M/s FOSROC or approved equivalent.

Providing and fixing 9 mm thick pre-laminated particle board flat pressed 3 layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS 12823 Grade-I, Type - II in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows, shutters and partition frames with C.P brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge Prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides

Providing structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water 2) Cleaning the re bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg ; silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer (or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and dried river sand ; 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm , after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. Note : This work is inclusive of all materials, labour, complete all as directed at site using approved polymer suitable for structural repair shall be used.

Providing and applying durable exterior emulsion paint formulated with engineered pure acrylics latex based on nanotechnology, with life of min. 10 (ten) years, having crack bridging ability up to 2.4 mm and superior anticarbonation & waterproofing properties, surface cross linking feature, high resistance to growth of algae, high Dust Pick Up Resistance (DPUR), resistance to fading of colours, protection against bird dropping, good washable property including the cost of materials, spray / roller application, labour, consumables, tool & plants/equipment etc. complete in all respect as per manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by the Engineer - in-Charge. Base coat (main waterproofing coat): minimum 2 (two) coats of fibre reinforced liquid applied membrane (to be applied before top coat) with allowable dilution as per Note below. Top coat: minimum 2 (two) or more coats of Organo-Silicon, UV Cross linking emulsion. Note : 1) Coverage for new surface (sand faced plaster): For Base Coat - approx. 40-45 sq.ft./litre with 1st coat of Base Coat with 30% dilution and 2nd coat of Base Coat with 10% dilution with potable water and for top coat - approx. 55-60 sq.ft./litre with 30-35% dilution with potable water only. 2) Coverage for old surface (sand faced plaster): for repainting on old surfaces, 1st coat of Base Coat with 30% dilution only on repair/patch work and 2nd coat of Base Coat with 10% dilution with potable water on overall surface - approx. of 40-45 sq.ft./Litre prior to 2 coats of top coat application i.e. with 35% to 40% dilution with potable water - approx. 55-60 sq.ft./Litre. 3) Warranty : Minimum 10 (ten) years' warranty against water proofing, paint performance and anti-algal properties. 4) Scaffolding will be paid separately under relevant Item. 5) The paint shall conform to international VOC specifications and shall not contain hazardous materials/ heavy metals / toxic materials. Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of approved make over concrete or Plastered surface up to 3 mm thick to get uniform surface free from undulation including cleaning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand on wall surface to receive specified paint including scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing, applying wall painting two coats on new work with premium plastic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade without cement primer.including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and painting with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) with Two coats on new work of approved make and manufacturer and of required shade and colour, including scaffolding, preparation of the surfaces ,etc., but excluding cement primer as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on Steel Surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade without primer coat, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting TWO coats of synthetic enamel paint on new wooden surfaces of approved brand and manufacturer of required colour to give an even shade over an under coat of suitable shade primer of approved brand and manufacturer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) Note: 1. The contractor shall provide screws, MS tie rods etc. No extra payment will be made for it. 2. The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 3. All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 4. A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 5. Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Dismantling brick work in Cement mortar carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of materials and dispoal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and painting, finishing with antifungal paint of approved make with two coats over treated surface all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: 1. Old paint will be removed thoroughly either mechanically or by wire brush before application of primer and paint coats and cost of which shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Dismantling old plaster / skirting carefully , raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 100 m lead

Carrying out Data Entry operations and assisting departmental Officer / Engineers, preparation of monthly and quarterly statements, dispatching and delivering documents/file movement and maintaining registers and documents, checking/preparation of agreements etc. as instructed by Engineer-In-charge. Notes : (1) Qualification: Each job shall be carried out by one data entry operator having minimum HSC pass (12th Standard) with complete knowedge of computer (like MS office etc.) and should also be well conversant in English and Hindi language. (2) Deployment : The contractor shall deploy one Data entry operator for each job as Single Day work for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out number of Jobs per day as directed by Engineer-in -Charge. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Data entry operator exclusively for the particular job. (5) The Data entry operator should be engaged after scrutiny by EIC of CED, BARC and approved by Competent authority and the deployed Data entry operator will report to BARC Engineer/ EIC. (6) The minimum notice period before change of Data entry operator is 1 (one) month; failing which a compensation, for not providing technical support, of Rs. 1,302/- per day of shortfall in notice period will be levied on the contractor.

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. Note : (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. (2)The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and applying French spirit polishing for wooden sufaces with two coats on new works including a coat of wood filler to form a uniform neat finish as directed by the Engineer -in-charge and / or as per the specifications complete as directed by the Engieer-in-charge

Providing and Painting with Epoxy PU paint On STEEL surfaces using 2 coats of (120 Micron dry film thickness) Epoxy PU high build coating as finishing coat over a priming coat of High Build epoxy primer of 50 micron thickness over steel surfaces at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, scraping , applying sand paper , making free of Rust, dust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joint, cracks if any using epoxy putty complete. all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to achieve minimum overall dry Film thickness of 170 micron (50 Micron primer Coat + 120 micron finishing Coat).

Providing, supplying and fixing Venetian Roller Blinds of approved make with all accessories and fabricating to required sizes etc. as per approved design and approved fabric complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
