Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in sand,silt or loose soil,wet sand or silt not under water,light black cotton soil,sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth, Hard stiff clay, hard red earth, shales,murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, soft disintegrated rock,laterite,soft rock or kankar not requiring blasting including clearing,levelling the site etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers (Narrow excavation)

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete M10 grade desing mix using crusher broken hard coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers and water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Reinforced cement concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with above (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu'm') 7670 kg. of M sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing laying position of Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size 60% of 40mm and 40% of 20mm down graded to I.S specified grading (To achive the specified characteristic strengh of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strengh specified in the approved drawing and specifications, as per the direction of the engineer in charge of works and complying with technical specifications.

Supply and fabricating of steel required for all RCC works involved in the schedule including cost of steel, cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying, grills including over lapping to the required length wherever necessary and placing reinforcement in position as specifed in the drawing including cost of binding wire provision for space bar cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., directed by the departmental officers.

Canal lining with preparation of subgrade (as per technical specification ) duly moistered and duly removing the surface irregularities including dewatering and laying plain cement concrete lining 75 mm thick of M15 Grade Design Mix concrete on canal bed / sides / berms using hard course aggregate with nominal maximum size of 20mm and downgraded to IS specified grading to have well graded aggregate weigh batching the ingredients along with Air Entraining Agent (200 ml per bag of cement) and mixing these in mixer machine (concrete mix to yield 28 days characteristic compressive strength of 15 N/mm2) placement of concrete over the sub grade on canal bed / sides / berms manually including consolidation of concrete, smooth finishing of concrete surface providing transverse contraction joint grooves as per technical specifications and water curing of the lining. The subgrade shall be well prepared, dressed and rolled to true level and specified section to form a firm compacted base for the lining as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. (vide CER No.20 CE/CBE/2018-19)

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil for existing bund top portion.and conveying the same by lorries with a lead of 5 km including unloading and spreading etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.for existing bund top portion.

Random Rubble masonry in cement mortor 1:4 (One cement and four sand) using old stones and bond stones including simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar above ground level complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20 mm thick including finishing and curing etc.,for old damaged portion complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete M15grade design mix using crusher broken hard coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers and water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete.

Supplying and Fixing of screw gearing shutters of following size 0.50m x 0.85m made out of 6mm thick mild steel out of steel plates welded on single size mild steel angle frame made out of ISA 65x65x6mm M.S angles with groove stiffeners ISA 65x65x6mm along with the MS Gusset plate of size 0.30x0.30m 6mm thick and M.S screw rod of 50mm diameter threaded for required lengths providing 2Nos ISMB 100mmx75mmx7.2mm M.G I section for rod platform beam with necessary clamps anchor plates and anchor bolts, guide channels on either required side ISMC 75x40x7.3mm as required provided with suitable hold fasts to accommodate the shutter in operations and providing capstain head assembly with base plates and threaded inside to suit screw gearing rod with hexagonal nut with necessary special of labour charges and fixing in correct alignment civil work and position and including two coats of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer including all taxes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.
