Cleaning and Maintenance of staff toilet blocks in and around by engaging labours for daily cleaning the water closets, Urinals, Washbasins and renewing blocks if any and daily washing the toilet floors and removing the dust and cobwebs in the walls and ceiling etc. The cost inclusive of all cleaning materials such as Phenyol, naphthalene balls bleaching powder, acids, odonils, brushes, broom stick and removing blocks if any using iron rods and bamboo sticks for removing blocks from gully to manholes and manholes to manholes upto the collection chambers and daily check all the manhole covers and drainage lines from the building and attend blocks if any during checking immediately without giving rooms for complaint and as directed by the departmental officers. The cleaning process for the toilets should be of minimum three times for a day and frequent check should be made by the supervisors daily.

Sweeping and cleaning and the PWD and around building by engaging labours daily to clean the waste paper, use throw materials and other unwanted wash etc and collecting and conveyance the same to the campus be mean of without spoiling the other areas. The labour engaged should watch the unwanted plants growth in those buildings and remove the plants then and cleaning this period of contract all the cleaning and sweepy the roads and surroundings are to be completed before the officer hand and continue the same as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Day to day maintenance of water supply lines, sanitary lines and carpentry works such as replacement of worn out pipes, controlling of wheel valve, gate valve, periodical cleaning of sump and water tank, removing the vegetation growth in the building, removal of minor repairs in the sewer lines, blockages etc., carpentry works such as adjusting door closure, easing of doors, windows, lock and other petty repair works etc., complete as per the compliant received from the occupied department and the instruction of the officers.
