Cleaning of existing sewer lines of dia 100 to 300 mm, any depth not exceeding 2.50 m deep by mechanically using appropriate technological appliances as required at site including manholes, inspection chamber, testing after cleaning and getting out sludge and accumulated solids / semi solids from connected manholes / Lines, removing the sludge / spoil minimum 250 m away from MOD land and refixing the manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning / desludging of existing septic tank of any capacity and any depth including taking out and removing sludge and accumulated solids / semi solid contents in closed container at a place 250 m away from defence land and burried in ground including necessary excavation, earth work and spreading of spreading of bleaching powder complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The cubic contents of sludge will be measured after drying the sludge as mentioned at Para 11.1 in particular specification and no extra cost for necessary excavation and refilling with excavated soil over the sludge and spreading of bleaching powder shall be paid and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for this provision. (ii) The cleaning of septic tank shall be carried out mechanically using apropriate technological appliances.

Cleaning / clearing of manhole of any description and any size varying from 0.60 x 0.60 m to 1.50 x 1.50 m having depth varying from 0.4 m to 2.50m and removing sludge and accumulated solid / semi solids with proper equipment and washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line and manhole. Waste obtained shall be removed to a distance exceeding 250m away from unit lines and burried in ground including necessary excavation, earth work and spreading of bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) No extra cost for necessary excavation and refilling with excavated soil over the sludge and bleaching powder shall be paid and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for this provision. (ii) The cleaning of manhole shall be carried out mechanically using apropriate technological appliances.

Cleaning / clearing of Nahani traps, floor traps and Gully Traps of any description, any size, any depth and removing sludge and accumulated solid / semi solids with proper equipment and washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line, nahani traps and floor traps. Waste obtained shall be removed to a distance exceeding 250 m away from unit lines and buried in ground including necessary excavation, earth work and spreading of bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/clearing of blocked WC / EWC of any type and description including removal of soil, waste and vent pipes by using rubber cap 125 mm dia with wooden handle, rodding or with gunny bags and cleaning blockage upto Ist manhole with cleaning rod including removal of all materials from traps of WC complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes ( PVC/salt glazed stone ware AC or Reinforced concrete) of any size for 150 mm/ 160 mm dia pipe, set in cement mortar complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes ( PVC/salt glazed stone ware AC or Reinforced concrete) of any size for 110/100 mm dia pipe set in cement mortar or fixed with wall complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep for foundation, manholes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in, incl spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n exc 25 cm thick each layer, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials and depositing where directed at a distance n.exc 50mtr at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed of drain for 150mm/160mm bore pipe incl packing under , and haunching against the sides of the pipes after they are laid in and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooking for columns , hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China Squatting Pan of Orissa pattern of size 580x440mm white with integral footrest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap, to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe, provision of lime or cement concrete bedding to make surface good as before complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jaquar Essco model Cat Part No ECS-WHT-451 or equivalent model of make MARC or Hindware or CERA or PARRYWARE.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as flooring finishing the concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Restraining & resecuring inclduing making good staples of galvanised steel barbed wire of any description and any type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) complete all as specified and directed .

Note:- The total shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 98240.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
