Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of out door type 33 KV, 3 phase, 50 cycle (50HZ) totally enclosed metal clad switch gear panel board with SF6 vacum circuit breaker floor mounted with common copper bus bar, 33 KV, rupturing capacity 350 MVA of rating 630A, outdoor type 1way ( Extensible Motorized RMU), 36 KV, rated current bus bar 630 Amps compact RMU type , rated current cables switch discharge, 630A, short time withstand current (3 sec), Lightning Impulse with stand voltage (KV) 170 KV, Power Frequency with stand voltage one minute , (KV) Rms, 70 KV rms Frequency (Hz) 50 Hz, Busbar rated current (A) 630 Amp ,Rated Short time symmetrical three phase current (KA for 3 sec for Circuit breaker) 26.3 KA for 3 sec, Rated making current (KA peak) 65.75 KA peak, Rated Breaking current for circuit breaker 26.3 KA Operating Duty O-0.3S-CO-3min-CO, Cable Size Single Run 3 Core Cable up to 300 sq MM, Paint Shade RAL 7035, Main Tank IP67, IEC Standards 62271-100, 62271-102, 62271-103, 62271-200, 60056 with overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter Amp with following accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

The combined RMU shall be consist of the following: (i) Set of 630 Amps continuously rated COPPER bus bars (ii) Set of positive standard mechanical interlocks to avoid unsafe operation (iii) Provision for padlocking for Open, Close, Earth position in correct sequence (iv) Manometer for indicating SF6 gas pressure with green & red zone (v) Set of hooks strong enough to take the load of entire unit while lifting by means of crane (vi) Stainless Steel tank of 3mm robotically welded construction (having degree of protection IP67)(vii) External stud for earthing connections (ix) SF6 gas recharging facility (x) Outer Enclosure (cladding) constructed with CRCA sheets (having degree of protection IP54).The RMU unit shall be painted in RAL7035 paint shade complete.

Notes : (i) The Warranty for the RMU shall be offered for 24 Months from the date of commissioning. (ii) Auxiliary Supply for RMU i.e Battery and provn of AC Control Supply 230V shall be included in item rates. (iii) Training for operation of control Relay setting,operation of RMU to be included in item rate.

Supply only the Electric rubber hand gloves 33 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying commissioning & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 33000 volts grade of size 120 sq mm complete all as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm complete all as directed.

Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode of size 300 x 300 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including copper earth strip of size 25×3mm (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 40 mm light grade for protection of by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts washers and connected to earth test point as shown in plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1-2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (xpm) weight not less the (4kg/sqm) funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, wire nuts and lugs complete all as directed

M&L for copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm in ground not exceeding 40cm deep / fixing to platform / steel structure complete all as directed.Note :- (i) Excavation for laying of Earth strip to be paid in respective items (ii) Cost of insulator and other accessories for fixing of earth strip to pole structure to be includes in items rates.

Supply and fix HT 33 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators and with earth switch upto 400 Amps complete fitting testing complete all as directed

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel including nuts, blots, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and Dismantling Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for support of any type pole and removing from site complete all as directed Note - Demolition material to be remove from site up to 50 mtr distance.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets with fair surface complete all as specified.

Supply and spreading stone aggregate of size not exceeding 40 mm spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm to a true surface of broken stones for transformer and pole structure area complete all as directed

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.
