Drilling of 300 mm dia bore by / DTH/Odex rig for tube well drilling in all kinds of soil and 190 mm dia bore by DTH/Odex in hard rocky strata including cost of all consumable stores/fuel/oil establishing material and transportation and contingent requirement to the site of proposed bore complete in all respects. (By Pvt. DTH-1.) Upto Depth of 0 to 200 mtr BGL 20X200=4000mtr

Providing fixing For lowering 219.10 mm outer dia ERW steel pipes as per IS 4270/ 2001 as amended upto date duly ISI marked for housing pipe in 4 to 7 meters random length manufactured out of 6.4 mm M.S plates with required number of M.S socket 177.80mm with inside thread to match the pipe threads and made out of M.S plate in to borehole in vertical position, including cost of all scaffolding, derricks, Jim, poles, tools and plants, ropes, gays M.S clamp embedded in foundation etc. complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work including cost of all cutting, threading of pipe where required and all sockets. The pipe shall be painted with anti corrosive paint & covered tightly with polythene.20X150=3000 mtr

Making filter on 219.10mm ERW deptt. Pipe by gas cutter or any other suitable length (6.10 mtr.) mechanism including cost of all consumable items complete in all respect. 20X3=60 Nos.

Providing & Fixing / lowering 7” (180 mm) Dia M. S Pipe of thickness 6.4mm of 6 meter. Long ISI make as Required for covering loose formation of soil during drilling process including enlarging the existing drilling size at any depth to cover the loose formation of bore complete in all respect. 20x18=360 Mtr

Providing and fixing well threaded M.S. cap for 219.10 mm outer dia for M.S. pipe.

Providing and fixing 219.10mm M.S. clamp.

Development of T/well according to clause 9.3 of IS : 2800-1991 (Part-I) as amended upto date and specifications attached and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work including the cost of all consumable stores, fuel, oil, etc. as required for this work. 15x4=60 Hrs

Resistivity survey of the site as of the site of proposed T/Well.

Providing and fixing of Odex casing shoe of Proper Size & ISI make complete in all respect.

Checking Discharge & Stabilization of T/well by suitable Pumping Machinery set including lowering pipe, submersible cable, Genset, Starter transportation, carriage etc. Complete in all respect.

Supplying, erection testing and commissioning of submersible pumping sets as per BIS SPECIFICATION No. 8034 - 1989 (as amended up to date for pumps ) and IS 9283 – 1979 (as amended up to date for motor ) the pump motor sets should be capable of pumping clear fresh cold water having characteristics as specified in Clause – 4 of IS 8034 – 1989 and clause 4.1 of IS 9283 – 1979 .300 LPM /180 M Head 20.00 BHP Each Make Grundfoss, calama , KSB , Franklin , Texmo.

Supplying erection, testing of fully automatic Electric Control Panel Board for tubewells in pump chamber consisting of MS sheet of thickness 14 gauge duly painted box type floor mounted made of Angle Frame containing 1 No. fully automatic air brake starter suitable for 25 HP motor, Main switch of suitable range with HRC fuse, 1 No. Volt Meter (0 to 500 Volts), 1 No. Amp. Meter of 0 to 100 Amp. 3 Sets of indicating lamp Capacitor of suitable capacity and 1 No. single phase preventers with the timers switch including wiring in panel board and suitable electric energy meter wiring in Electric Control Panel Board complete in all respect as per specification given in Schedule No.II. (Make L&T, Siemens, BCH, Crompton Greaves, Havells).

Supplying and fixing following C.I.D/F pipe, CI Specials, sluice valves with wheel, non return valves with G.M. Flap including cost of jointing materials, excavation, laying refilling including making adequate supports of masonry/concrete/ steel for delivery pipe from Submersible Pump Set upto 1.5 mtr. outside the outer wall of pump chamber as per plan shown as per specification given in schedule No II A)Detail of pipes and specials. Supplying & fixing CI Specials a)CI D/F bends, reducers, tapers, tees, tail piece, blank flange etc. upto 200mm i/d. 20X50=1000 kg

Providing, and fixing D plate of size 300mm. with nut & bolt complete.

Providing, and fixing G.I pipe 3” B Class (Delivery pipe)
