Design, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 12 KW Solar off Grid Power Plant with 20 KVA Power conditioning unit (PSU) Single Phase 230V, Battery Bank of 240 V, 150 Ah Tubular LMLA Solar Battery, with all fitting fixing, Mounting Structure and Chemical Earthing with Lighting Arrestor etc complete and maning, operation and maintenance (defect liability period) for 3 years from actual date of completion. (i) Solar modules(330Wp) 38 Nos with 25 Years warranty (ii) 16 KW/20 KVA 230 V AC Single Phase Power Conditioning Unit (Inverter) 01 Nos with two years warranty (iii) Battery Bank -Tubular LMLA 240 V 150 Ah C@10( 12 V 150 Ah x 20 nos ) with five years warranty (iv) DC Distribution Box-2 in 2 out (1 X 15Amp Fuses plus SPD Class II) with DC Switch 01 No with five years warranty (V) Chemical Earthing set of three 01 set and Lighting Arrestor 01 No

Note :- (i) The Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of PV modules, module mounting structures, inverters, batteries, monitoring devices and connected items. (ii) The make of solar panel and solar inverter shall be from same OEM and shallbe indigenous & MNRE approved. Certificate for the same along with technical specification shall be produced before placing order. Makes of solar panel and inverter:- TATA/HAVELLS/PANASONIC/BOSCH or equivalent approved makes of HQ CEWC. (iii) Plant shall be installed an the roof of existing structure and equipment etc will be fixed on roof and in the rooms of existing structure any damage caused to the existing structure during the execution of work shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

S&F of Single phase Electronic Meter (LCD) Display Multi Function type complete all as Specified and directed.

S&F of sub main wiring complete with two runs of 6 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor cable of 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit pipe alongwith accessories fixed on walls/floors/ceiling etc with one run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor cable of green colour as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. NIL) (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 5% (Five percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
