Important Note:

1 All information to has to be approved by the competent authority or the official Nodal person designated by the department before submission of invoice

2 UDHD shall reimburse the travel and accommodation expenses (pre-approved by the department) incurred by the consultants outside Patna.For such official travel the payment will be made in accordance with the entitlements applicable to the Employer's Class I Officers.

3 No additional expenses will be provided by UDHD
