Comprehensive Annual maintenance contract for 2 Nos. D.G. sets(Each 62.5 KVA rating) including AMF panels installed at Amber Palace as per terms and condition of tender documents.

Servicing of 2 Nos. D.G. sets(Each 62.5 KVA rating) installed at Amber Palace as per terms and condition of tender documents. (2 Nos. services per year of each DG set.)

Comprehensive maintenance of submersible pumps and mono block submersible pump sets of following ratings, to keep up the tube wells and fountains installed at Amber Fort area including submersible cables, up to main supply point, starters, single phase preventers, complete starter panels, including hardware required accessories for pump and motors, loring and unloring of the motors and pumps including transportation charges, complete in all respect.The details are mentioned in the special terms and condition of tender documents.

All in all comprehensive annual Operation & Maintenance of the special illumination electrical installation (i.e. all special luminaries including Dimmer, computer software & hardware, UPS etc. installed in Diwan-e- Aam, Diwan-e-Khas, Mansingh Mahal etc. (Phase-II) including cleaning, servicing & maintenance of all the above electrical fixtures/ fittings, cables etc. of the installation and shall also include replacement if required at cost of contractor of all items like cable, lamps, LED luminaries, fuses, MCBs,FJBs,DBs adaptor etc. of existing brand & specifications as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Repair of following defective light fixtures which includes replacement of its defective parts (driver/lamp/Led module/COB, gaskets, toughened Glass cover, step down URVI transformer,dimmable driver etc.) having same make & specifications, beam angle of the existing light or equivalent (as approved by engineer in-charge) including servicing, new die casting powder coating as per requirment and wiring so as to increase life of the special illumination light system at Amber palace, Jaipur.
