Demolition of rein- forced cement concrete (RCC water tanks with platform ) as in top of roofs ,floors (other than ground floors ) beams,stair cases,landings,chajjas and similar suspended works etc, (rein forcement cut as required to facilitate demolition /dismental), including remval of debris complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs MCB SP 5 To 32 AMP, single pole 240 Volts 10KA ''C''&''B'' curve , as per site requirment,Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for screed bed layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces of roof, mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separetly under respective item.

S & F of PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 300mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix,type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in floor correction layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

d jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per above item no-23 but as in skirting over and including 10 mm thick backing coat with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles (300mmx 450mmx7-8 mm) in vertical surfaces jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement. Incl cutting the tiles to the required size whereven required incl mitring the corners etc over 10 mm thick backing coats of cement plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(i) Material and labour for cleaning the entire roof surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles,dust/dirt particles Apply a coat of oil based bituminous primer 200 gram / square metre on the prepared surface. (ii) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180°C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square metre of the surface area. (iii) Provide and laying 4mm thick APP modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140°C, Longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5 CM, tear strength of 180N(Min), astatic puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15cm end lap. (iv) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180° C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square meter of the surface area. (v) Provide and laying. 4mm thick APP modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140°C, Longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5 CM, tear strength of 180N(Min), astatic puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15cm end lap. (vi) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180° C and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square meter of the surface area. (vii) Finishing surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 100 gm/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repairing of soffits of slabs, chajja, facia and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC at any height (upto 10M) and in any sitution, including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement and fixing in position and with provision of weld mesh, applying dubbing 1st coat of 20 to 25mm thick in CM 1:3 finished rough and finishing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement over and including cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of arylic resistant primer to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(weld mesh measured and paid sepatrtely) Note:- (i) Unit rate of this item includes the cost of scaffolding, formwork etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on account of variation in height. (ii) For payment purpose, the area of finished plaster in 2nd coat shall be considered.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of walls, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified .

S&Fgreen marble of 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,Jambs, trade, riser, landing etc cooking platforms like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls,Pillars, cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brush, scraping down smoke shoot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceilings etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of external wall surfaces including removing fungus ,algae dirt, oil, grease and loose particles by wire brush,cleaning, washing with water jet machine,and applying with Dr fixit crack filler by proper grooving , and apply two coats of Dr fixit (one coat rain coat water proofing+one coat rain coat classic top coat) of approved shade by Engineer-in-charge over a coat of primer .The drying time of two coats will be 6 to 8 hrs ,including all necessary scoffolding etccomplete all as specified.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated wall surface applying two coat of oil emulsion distember over alkali resistance primer paint over two coats of white cement based wall care putty smooth finish etc of approved make & shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, and thickness including Nainital pattern and roof covering, complete all as specified.

S&Fin repair Stainless steel curtain rods 25mm bore SS -304 with ornamental brackets, stops, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

S&F for Pre- Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for the suken floor RCC slab including sides to the full extent of sunken portion in upper floor shall be prepared and plastered with 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finished even and smooth without using extra cement. When the plaster is cured and dried up, apply a uniform coat of blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm confirming to IS 702 over a coat of primer @ 0.70 Kg.Sqm over plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".
