Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns etc., The rate includes all lead and lift, head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul / slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.- Using steel sheets with MS frames.

Centering and shuttering including strutting ,propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. The rate includes all lead, and lift, head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing /seepage and also working under foul /slush condition in or under water and / orliquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.- Using steel sheets with MS frames.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed cement concrete manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site of laying excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability M-15 grade plain cement concrete by using 320kg of cement. All works upto 3.00m below ground and upto floor 5 level. The rate including of pumping out all type water due to seepage / flowing / stagnation and also working under foul condition etc., complete are as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. - By Head Load

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse M. sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation at all level of above/ below ground level. The rate includes all lead, head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing /seepage and also working in or under foul /slush condition in or under water and /or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement plaster 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) using SRPC. The rate includes all lead and lift, head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing /seepage and also working in or under foul /slush condition in or under water and /or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / Manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing /seepage and also working in unhygienic and in or under foul /slush condition, in or under water and/or liquid mud including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a leads upto 50m and lifts upto 1.5m - all kinds of soil- complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Making of bund wall with HDPE cement bags filled with stone dust/quary rubbish for discharge regulation, breach closing/ diversion arrangement. The rate includes all lead, head load the cost of empty HDPE bags, cost of stone dust, labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position of its purpose working in or under foul /slush condition, in or under water and / or liquid mud, including pumping out water as required all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling with quary dust in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc. complete. The rate includes all lead, head load and lift, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul /slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipe of 250mm dia (0.6Mpa) conforming to IS Specification 4986 and ISI marked including transportation the pipe to work site and placing position for discharge through the drain during construction period under foul /slush condition etc. Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reassembling the UPVC pipe of 250mm dia by removing it from one location and fixing it at the continuous stretches for the discharge from the drain etc. Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for providing and mixing ordinary Portland cement 43 grade of approved brand and manufacture in quary rubbish / stone dust at the rate of 3 bags of cement per cum of quary rubbish / stone dust mixing in a mechanical mixer. The rate includes all lead and lift, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working under foul condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
