Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing 4mm thick ACP boards as per the instructions of the EIC

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Brick edging in full brick width and half brick depth including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres. With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

P/F 80 mm dia G.I. pipes in external works, as per instructions of EIC

P/F Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work 25 mm nominal dia Pipes

Supply of Q-Series Neutral Line Relay (ENA1 Type), 12F/4B, 24V DC, complete with plug board/base plate, connectors and retaining clips etc., conforming to BRS-930 and RDSO Specification No. IRS:S-34 & S-23 with latest amendments, up to date.

Supply of Yellow aspect main colour light signal LED lighting unit compatible with LED ECR, as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/199/2010, Revision-1 or latest.

Charging of lead acid cell (Secondary cell) of 200AH/2V each as per Manufacturer's/WBPDCL engineer's instruction. |Acid and distilled water to be supplied by the contractor. Specific gravity acid should be approved type duly inspected by consignee. This includes installation and commissioning of battery in circuit.

Dismantling of level crossing gate complete including its operating arrangement with all accessories as per Iinstruction of FCL site engineer
