Roughning surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc & brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor and finishing the surface even and smooth to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over a screed bed of 20mm thick in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, .etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F coloured glazed ceramic tile of size 350x250x7 mm/ 450x350x7 mm thick in verticle surfaces such as skirting ,dado,risers of steps set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over a back coat of 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down, easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc.all as specified and as directed.
