"Improvement of Drainage System - Resizing of Existing Drainage System" complete in all respect on the basis of approved drawings & design as per tender specifications. The work also includes obtaining mandatory approvals from local bodies/ authorities required for commencing the work, execution of required contingent works for completion of scope of work , obtaining post construction mandatory approvals from regulatory authorities and handing over the assets after making them operational in all respects.

"Replacement of compound wall in operational area at Chennai Airport, Chennai" complete in all respect on the basis of approved drawings & design and as per tender specifications. The work also includes obtaining mandatory approvals from local bodies/ authorities required for commencing the work, execution of required contingent works for completion of scope of work , obtaining post construction mandatory approvals from regulatory authorities and handing over the assets after making them operational in all respects.

"Supply and Installation of Flood Barriers in Terminal Building, Operational area and around cirtical Installation and other buildings at Chennai Airport" complete in all respect on the basis of concept drawings and tender specifications. The work also includes obtaining mandatory approvals from local bodies/ authorities required for commencing the work, execution of required contingent works for completion of scope of work , obtaining post construction mandatory approvals from regulatory authorities and handing over the assets after making them operational in all respects.

"Supply and Installation of Sluice gate in all drain outlet to Adyar river, Digital water level recorder(Radar type) includig all Miscellenous works contingent for operationalization of the works" complete in all respect on the basis of concept drawings and tender specifications. The work also includes obtaining mandatory approvals from local bodies/ authorities required for commencing the work, execution of required contingent works for completion of scope of work , obtaining post construction mandatory approvals from regulatory authorities and handing over the assets after making them operational in all respects.

Demolishing existing Boundary wall, Drains or any other structure falling in the allignment of proposed work including foundation by manually/ mechanical means on as and where basis and taking away of dismantled/demolished material beyond AAI premises including disposal of un-servicable material and clearing of site as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Note: The above structures shall be handed over by EIC in phases for demolition and subsequent disposal . The salvage material shall become the property of agency and item to be quoted & executed as a credit item. (Quoted rate shall be reflected in negative(credit) automatically in Amount column)
