Annual Maintenance of HT and LT (E and M) Installations at DATS

SH:I Operation & maintenance of sub-station installations comprising 11 KV/ 415 Volt substation equipments, 11 KV HT panels, Battery bank in HT Room, Battery Charging Panel, Transformers, MV Panels, UPS panels, DG Battery Banks, DG Battery charging panels, exhaust fan starter panels, pressurization fan starter panels, Distribution Boards installed in the switch rooms, various internal, external and other associated installations, operation of DG Sets, operation of SCADA system etc. i/c preventive and break down maintenance / repairs, attending complaints of all the above said installations and also breakdown maintenance of COPS DB's as and when required by providing specified man power as per the Special Conditions Of Contract for 24X7.

SH:II Execution of works as per CPWD schedule of rates and specification for amount of Rs. 8,00,000/- as and when required during contract period for 02 years. Rates for the items under DSR shall be taken as under: Item rate as per DSR-2018 = X Basic rate (on which percentage above or below to be quoted)= Y = X / 1.18 (ex. GST) Example: if rate of an item as per DSR-2018 = 118.00 Basic rate (on which percentage above or below to be quoted) = 118 / 1.18 = 100 If contractor is quoting Rs. 7,20,000/- againts Rs. 8,00,000 i.e. 10 % below it means Rs. 90.00 (excluding GST) shall be paid for that item against Rs. 118.00 (as per DSR-2018) (Note : Agency will quote % above/below in "Rate Column" and accordingly will derive amount in ''Amount Column" against Rs. 8,00,000/-)

SH:III Replacement of faulty LED Indicators of LT Panels installed at various locations as and when required.

LED Indicators for Panels Colour :- Red, Yellow & Green

LED Indicators for Panels Colour :- Light Blue

Replacement of broken/damaged connectors (8 Ways, 30 A, material - Bakelite) of street light poles complete as required.

Painting & marking of street light poles installed at DATS Complex, IGIA complete as required.

Painting with aluminium paint of street light poles along with its arms complete as required.

Marking of street light poles with black enamel paint on a circular yellow painted background of desired size complete as required.

Provision of temporary decorative lighting in tri-colors of National Flag with LED series lighting having uniform spacing of rows not more than 0.75 mtr for 02 days as and when required for various occasions.The lighting should be enhanced with tri-color flood lights complete all as required.

Provision of temporary decorative spot/flood lighting system in tri-colors of National Flag on the Facia of newly constructed control Tower i.e. Delhi Air Traffic control tower of height approx. 100 mtrs. Tower will be illuminated from 6 landing floors on both the sides as reqd. with the provision of sufficient numbers of spot/flood lights along with necessary wiring/fixing/switching system etc. at DATS complex, IGI Airport, New Delhi for 02 days as and when required for various occasions.

Servicing / Health Check-Up of ACB's - 54 Nos. of various ratings (4000 A - 12 Nos., 1600 A - 18 Nos.,1250 A - 18 Nos., 1000 A - 06 Nos.) of Make :- ABB once in an year as per the Inventory List attached complete as required. (Note:- The servicing is to be done by the authorized dealers of ABB make Circuit Breakers)

Chemical analysis of drinking water in compliance to essential tests as per IS 10500 from the empanelled laboratories as mentioned in Special conditions of contract and submission of laboratory reports thereafter as directed by EIC.

Annual comprehensive maintenance contract of 24 Nos. water dispensers having function of Hot, Normal & Cold, cabinet capacity 20 Ltrs, Floor Mounted, 3 nos. of faucets, Cooling capacity 3 Ltrs/Hr, Heating capacity 5 Ltrs/ Hr with LED indicators, Model:- Minimagic Pure F, Make:- Voltas complete as required. Note :- 1 Job shall be treated as equivalent to 1 month of CAMC of Water dispensers mentioned above

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 08 Nos. Water Cooler having 80 L Storage Capacity & Cooling capacity of 60 L per hour with inbuilt 7 stage RO and UV purification (Make:- Sidwal) including periodic changing of the filters, cleaning of the water storage tanks etc. complete as required. Note :- 1 Job shall be treated as equivalent to 1 month of CAMC of Water Coolers mentioned above

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of Kent Make Water Cooler (02 Nos.) having 20 L Storage Capacity with inbuilt RO and UV purification including periodic changing of the filters, cleaning of the water storage tanks etc. complete as required. Note :- 1 Job shall be treated as equivalent to 1 month of CAMC of Water Coolers mentioned above

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of Voltas Make Water coolers (02 Nos.) alongwith externally connected RO Plants (02 Nos.) (Make of RO :- Kent) i/c periodic changing of filters, cleaning of water tanks of coolers etc. complete as required. Note :- 1 Job shall be treated as equivalent to 1 month of CAMC of Water Coolers with external RO mentioned above

Maintenance of Obstruction Light installed at 26th Floor ATC Tower of Make:-Avaids Technovators Pvt. Ltd. once in every six months by the company's representative and providing the report for the same as directed by EIC. Note:- Refer the Special conditions of contract for further details.
