Disconnection and Removal of existing DBs (approx 26 nos) and taking away the scrap material as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Point wiring: Providing point wiring for light / ceiling fan / 6/16A socket outlet/AC point etc. with 1100V grade, FRLS PVC insulated multi stranded copper wires in existing concealed & surface conduit/ existing PVC casing capping on surface, controlling modular switches with on existing surface switch boards with required bakelite sheets//ready made fire retardant palstic boxes/readymade concealed GI switch boxes with cover plate & metal frame, angle / batten pendent lamp holders ,PVC round plates, 6A connectors in concealed junction boxes , ferrule numbers on both sides, 1.1kV grade FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor wires for earthing of above said specifications, labelling etc. all as per site conditions, specifications, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Scope of work shall also includes providing the tags for wires inside casing & capping for bunching to avoid hanging of wires at the intervals of 600mm. Note: 1. Wiring layout arrangement and samples of switch boxes are to be got approved prior to procurement. 2. All switches, sockets, cover plates & frame, plastic surface boxes, etc. shall be of white colour & and other accessories like lamp holders, ceiling roses & doorbell etc. shall be of polycarbonate body and shall preferably ISI marked. 3. The dimensions of switches, sockets, and fan regulators shall preferably be ISI mark. 4. HMS PVC sleeves will have to be provided for crossing the wall, drilling holes & it’s refinishing to be also included in the scope. 5.The scope of work also includes removing of existing MS switch boards by breaking the brick wall, making suitable cut-outs in brick wall for fixing new switch boards, finishing with cement mortar, applying white putty as required, providing proper finish to wall,touchup paitnting for that area with OBD paint of existing shade and as per instructions of E-I-C. 6. All metalic boxes/switch boxes shall be earthed with 1.1kV grade FRLS PVC insulated 1.5sq.mm copper flexible wire. 7.Point wiring also includes supply and install of conduits from new DB/ new load point with slight change in location in shaft/ in user rooms. 8. LAN System Supply, installation, testing &commissioning of local area network system comprising of passive components like CAT-6A UTP or improved data cable, information outlet with RJ-45 connections , enclosures for data outlets with face plates, patch panels, cable managers, 19" mounting racks , power panels in racks , cooling fans in racks, flexible G.I pipe, complete with labelling/identification on the cable , outlets, patch panels etc. including certification complete in all respect as required as per standards, drawings, specifications and instructions of Engineer- in -Charge. Note : 1. LAN work shall be done by a specialised agency in the field. 2. Active components i.e. switches are not in the scope of the agency and shall be executed by the users separately. Agency shall extend full co-operation to the agency / users executing the balance work which is not in the scope of this tender. 3. Scope includes termination of cables at both ends with all accessories and installation/mounting of 19" racks with all accessories like angle iron frame work etc. without any extra cost to the Department. 4. Earth Station: Providing earth station with heavy dipped GI earth plates electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm in size at the depth minimum of 2.5 m below ground level (bottom of Plate) confirming to IS 3043 complete with all required materials like coke / charcoal, salt, G.I nut bolts, washers, 19 mm dia GI pipe (B class), 150 mm thick concrete wall chamber duly plastered having size of 500 x 500 x 500 mm, heavy duty (minimum 6 mm thick) M.S chequered plate cover, associated materials like 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron frame work, hinged locking arrangements, complete with funnels, GI test links (50 x 6 mm), two runs of 25 x 6mm G.I strips for connecting G.I plate & test link etc. including excavation of ground in all types of soils, refilling & removal of excess earth within a radius of 3000 m etc. all as required as per the drawings, specifications & instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Earthing strips: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25 x 6mm sizes of heavy dipped GI strip fixed to wall / slab / column / beam with 2mm thick GI saddle & 4-5 mm thick GI Spacer or in ground at a depth of 750 mm below ground level including excavation in all type of soil , refilling and removal of excess earth within a radius of 3000 mtrs., temporary reinstatement and back filling of trench, interconnection of earth strips / wires with GI nut bolts & washers, painting with two coats of black bituminous compound for earth strip in ground and green colour enamel painting for strip on surface etc. all as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Note: The fixture to be got approved by department before manufacturing/supply. The fixtures shall have replacement warranty of 5 years from date of supply. Supply & laying of 50/42 mm OD/ID self lubricated HDPE pipes in ground at depth of 600 mm including fixed onwall/column/slab/existing cable tray/ trench /shaft /pit etc with 5mm thick M.S. flat /GIspacer/angle/ support fixed with coach screws/ grouted inwall/anchor fasteners 2mm thick G.I. fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc complete including painting of M.Sspacers/angles all as per the attached work specification and instructions of EIC. Note: 1) The scope of work includes HDPE pipe accessories suchas couplers, cable end plugs, cable sealing plugs etc.

Supply, fabrication and installation of supports/ MS chequred plate/channel/angle / flat/ MS rod hangers etc.including cutting, fabrication, welding etc. and painting with two coats of primer and two coats of enamel/ PU paint of approved shade as per instructions of EIC.

Supply, fixing & installation of pre mixed & ready to use M/s. HILTI make firestop foam CP 620 in 300ml bottle for sealing openings in electrical shafts, Telephone shaft,raceways & cutouts, hump pipes & where ever required & as per instruction of EIC.

Supply, fixing & installation of pre mixed & ready to use M/s. HILTI make firestop mortar CP 636 or equivalent for sealing openings in electrical shafts, Telephone shaft, raceways & cutouts, hump pipes & where ever required & as per instruction of EIC.

Supply and application of intumescent based coating with M/s. HILTI make firestop cable coat CP 678 or equivalent on cables in cable tray/electrical shafts & where ever required & as per instruction of EIC.

Supplying and fixing of 150mm width x 100 mm depth sizes of GI wire mesh tray, hot dipped galvanised between 60 and 80 microns of zinc as per BS 729 carbon Steel cable trays including horizontal and vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members and other accessories as required, and duly suspended from the ceiling with electro-zinc coated TF rods, wall mounting brackets etc.
