Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc.including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removel of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. (A) Upto a depth of 2.00 M below the existing G.L. (a) In Ordinary soil.

Providing brick soling in foundation and under floor with stone/best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewaterind, complete. (a) Brick on flat soling

(i) Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in . Foundation, footings, bases of columns, pile cap, raft and mass concrete etc. (a) Using 25mm thick plank.

3(ii). Sides of tie beam, plinth beam, grade beam etc. at or below plinth level. (a) Using 25mm thick plank

3(iii).Column, pillars, posts & strut (a) Square, Rectangular, polygonal in plan or any shape like Tee/ L etc.having plane vertical face (i) Using 25mm thick plank

3(iv).Sides of soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilever girders, bressumers, lintels & horizontals ties. (a) For a depth not exceeding 1.0 M (i) Using 25mm thick plank

Structural steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint (upto 4.6m height) including drilling holes, supplying, fitting and fixing with bolts and nuts or welding, if necessary as directed. a) In M.S. angles, channels, Tees etc.

(i) Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevent I.S. code for R.C.C. work / R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chair, spacers etc. complete (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate) (upto 1st floor level). a) From Primary Producer: TATA / SAIL / Jindal Steel / Shyam Steel / RINL b) Other ISI approved TMT reinforcement bar (SRMB / SAI / BISCON / X TECH) (For Assam Type Building, Drain works, Retaining wall & boundary wall etc.

8(ii) ISI approved Mild Steel reinforcement bar (M.S. Bar)

10 (a)Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement with coarse sand and 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately (A) In sub-structure up to plinth level Foundation, footing, columns with base tie and plinth beam, pile cap,base slab, retainng walls, walls of septic tank, inspection pit and the like and other works not less than 100mm thick up to plint level. i) Without using admixture, plasticiser. (a) M15 grade concrete or Prop. 1:2:4

10 (B) In superstructure from plinth level up to 1st floor level. (i) Walls (thickness not less than 100mm) including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string course etc. (ii) Without using admixture, plasticiser. (a) M 15 grade concrete or Prop. 1:2:4

1st class brick nogged wall in cement morter including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth upto 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement morter and will be measured and paid separetely) (A) 112 mm thick brick wall (i) In cement morter in propotion 1:6 (1cement : 6 sand)

10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (a) In cement mortar 1:6

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on sigle or brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed (A) on rough side (i) In cement mortar 1:6

Supplying,fitting and fixing 6(Six)rows barbed wire of 12 SWGx2 plies x 4 points straining to M.S 'Y' angle above boundry wall including supplying fitting with necessary nails, staples etc. complete as directed and specified to all levels (for fitting & fixing to 'Y' M.S angle to be measured and paid separately).

Direction and place identification sign more than 0.9 Sqm size board. Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-Reflectrorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick with area exceeding 0.9sqm fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm, 2 nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. (All the Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand)
