Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable Bottom, shall be of 18 mm thick Medium density Fibre board (MDF) exterior grade ISI Marked (IS:12406-2003) with exposed face covered with 1mm thick decorative laminates Type-I ISI Marked (IS:2046-1995) of surface finish colour and pattern as approved, affix with synthetic glue and exposed edges provided with 4 mm thick with width equal to thickness of board of 2nd class hard wood all as per drawing or as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable sides (left/right), shall be of 18 mm thick Medium density Fibre board (MDF) exterior grade ISI Marked (IS:12406-2003) with exposed face covered with 1mm thick decorative laminates Type-I ISI Marked (IS:2046-1995) of surface finish colour and pattern as approved, affix with synthetic glue and exposed edges provided with 4 mm thick with width equal to thickness of board of 2nd class hard wood all as per drawing or as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable drawers, shall be of 18 mm thick Medium density Fibre board (MDF) exterior grade ISI Marked (IS:12406-2003) with exposed face covered with 1mm thick decorative laminates Type-I ISI Marked (IS:2046-1995) of surface finish colour and pattern as approved, affix with synthetic glue and exposed edges provided with 4 mm thick with width equal to thickness of board of 2nd class hard wood all as per drawing or as directed.

Make of Foam cushion: Sleep well/Kurlon or equivalent.

Removing unserviceable tapestry cloth from foam cushion of size 560 x 530 x 100mm and covering the same foam cushion with new tapestry cloth of approved colour (followed by stiching with white linen) colour and texture shall be as approved by the GE and shall be used for cover of cushion as specified and shall be of removable type by providing plastic Zip over Tapestry cloth complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 300/- per meter of standard width.
