Installation of Street Lights and Pole from Link Road Santosh Kumar Petrol Pump to Khannagar Ring Road at Khannagar in Ward No. 45

Supply and fixing of 7 mtr long Octagonal G.I. pu painted Pole shall be designed to withstand the maximum wind speed as per IS 875. The top loading i.e. area and the weight of fixtures are to be considered to calculate maximum deflection of the pole and the same shall meet the requirement of BSEN 40-3-3:2003. Octagonal poles made from HT Steel Conforming to grade S355 & having thickness of 3mm. Top dia 70mm & Bottom dia 175mm single sharp welding with base plate dimension 275 x 275 x 16 mm & Base Plate must EN 8 grade & bolts size must be 4 x 24mm dia, PCD 275mm, Bolt length 750mm long. The door opening of the pole should be reinforced, water proofed & with locking arrangement & arrangement of in build Junction box with 2 nos. 6Amp MCB (MCBs make should be L&T / SIEMENS / LEGRAND / ABB) or equivalant & terminal box with provision for connection of earth & neutral on 5mm thick fiber plate which will be Kept in side the pole for termination of cable & wire. The Pole Shaft shall have octagonal cross section and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. There shall not be any crircumferential welding (SAW) process The Poles shall be hot dip galvanised as per the IS-26289/ IS-2633 / IS-4759 standards with average coating thickness of 70 micron. the pole shall be adequately strengthened at the location of the door to compensate for the loss in section. (Make- Bajaj / Crompton / Utkarsh / Vakrangee / RR / Valmont or equivalent make).

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P and transporation for providing earth work, filling in foundation with clean coarse river sand, RCC M-20 using 12mm size hard granite Stone Chips with centering, shultering including cutting, bending, binding & tying the Grills and cost of M.S. Rod, binding wire, providing 6mm thick Cement plaster finished smooth over RCC surface, painting two coats of paint with weather proof cement paint over one coat of primer and carriage of excavated materials within 5 kms lead by mechanical means with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes etc. all complete as per the OPWD specification & direction of Engineer in charge. (For Foundation & erection of 7 mtrs high Octagonal GI pu painted pole)

Supply & fixing of Single Arm galvanised pu painted pulveric highly furnished Sword type special designed bracket length of 1500mm width with top designed FRP Dome & FRP Bracket knobs each. Design is specially as per drawing as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (As per sample)

Providing and fixing of spike earthing with GI Flat in each pole with nut & bolt and arrangement in the pole etc. complete with transportation, T&P and labour charges as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fitting and fixing of 0'-1½" (40mm) G.I. Pipe medium Gauge for laying of cable inside the road cutting portion etc. complete with transportation, T&P and labour charges as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (For Road cutting portion from LT Pole to Panel Board)

Supply and laying of 3 core x 16 sq mm XLPE Insulated armoured underground aluminum cable for power supply from single phase outdoor stand mounted Panel Board to Junction Box of each Octagonal Pole including cost of materials, labour, T&P and transportation etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make - Havels / Nicco / Finolex / KEI / Polycab)

Supply of size 3.5 core x 25 sq.mm XLPE insulated armoured underground aluminum cable for power supply from LT Pole to single phase outdoor stand mounted Panel Board including cost of materials, labour, T&P and transportation etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make - Havells / Nicco / Finolex / KEI /Polycab).

Supply and laying of 1½" OD HDPE Pipe for laying of cable under 700mm (depth may vary as per side condtion) including cost of materials, labour, T&P and transportation as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including ordinary soil, hard soil or gravelly soil, stoney earth & gravel mixed with slushy soil (in water up to 0.6m depth requiring the aid of pans & vessels) including dressing, leveling the bed up to required depth & within initial lead of 50mtrs & 1.5mtrs initial lift etc. complete including cost of all labour charges, T&P required for the work & as per direction of Engineer in charge. 1 x 1000 Mtrs. x 0.25 Mtrs.x 0.25 Mtrs. = 62.5 cum.

Providing and laying un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement with (1:1½:3) using 12 mm size crusher broken hard granite chips including hoisting, lowering, laying, watering, curring etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 1 x 1000 Mtrs. x 0.25 Mtrs.x 0.25 Mtrs. = 62.50 cum.

Supply and fixing of Single Phase outdoor type Panel Board with double door locking arrangement made of 16 SWG C.R sheet of size 2'-0" x 1'-6" x 1'-0" and painting with 2 coats of approved paints i. e. D.A.grey with foundation of size 3'-0" x 1'-6" x 1'-0" . The Panel Board consisting of the following accessories. (i) 100 Amp. Kit Kat - 2 nos. (Make-Anchor/HPL/Havelle/L&T), (ii) 63 Amp. 2 pole "C" series MCB - 1 no, (iii) 40 Amp. 2 pole NHD Series Contactor – 1 no. (iv) Timer - 1 no (iii) Indicator Lamp - 1 no., (iv) Danger Board - 1 no., with complete wiring with 10sq.mm / 4sq.mm / 2.5sq.mm copper wire as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

G.I. earth pipe electrode with salt and charcoals: Earthing with G. I. earth pipe 3 Mtrs. long 40mm dia of ISI marked including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. as required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and drawing of 3 core 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated multistrand Copper Flexible Cable of the pole (i.e. at the bottom Section of the pole) to the Fitting which will be fixed at the top of the Single Armed Bracket as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make of wire - Finolex / L&T / Anchor / Havels / V Guard)

Supply of lighting fixtures of 90 watt. LED Street Light having powder coated pressure die-cast Aluminum housing Clear toughened glass as per approved rates Govt. of Odisha having 07 (Seven) years guarantee. (Make: Bajaj / Crompton / Havells / NEEV or equivalent)

Labour Charges for fixing of 90 watt. LED Street Light Fitting in the existing pole by mechnical means etc. complete with transportation, T&P and labour charges as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
