REPAIR/ RESURFACING OF ROADS INCLUDING CONNECTED ITEMS AT INS CHILKA

Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per ten sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and shield with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exec 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Premixed bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with using 20mm graded stone aggregate and paving bitumen @ 4% by the weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75mm thick or less or as required) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing existing black top road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc ,complete all as specified.

M&L Applying evenly a priming / tack coat of cutback bitumen RC-70217 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous as specified in table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 40 mm consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content with paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using hot mix plant and paver equipment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Raised Pavement Markers of size 100 mm x 90 mm x17 mm made of polycarbonate moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with minimum reflective area of 13 sqcm on each side and fixing with twin polymer epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's specification / instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing in the plastic speed breaker size 500x450mm including provn of new anchor bolt for refixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking out delinatar of size 75mm dia & 1200mm hight embedded in cement concrete and refixing the same properly in line and leved.complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and PCC required for fixing will be measured and paid seperatly.
