PROVISION OF WATER PIPE LINE AND ALLIED CONNECTIONS TO AT HARBOUR FROM NEAREST PUMP HOUSE AT ASC CENTRE (NORTH)

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.50 meter in depth for laying pipe etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, earth including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil after the pipes fittings are laid/fixed jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying of medium grade galvanised iron water pipe in trenches including Specials and testing complete all as specified and directed for the following bore of pipes:-

(a) 50 mm bore

(b) 40 mm bore

(c) 25 mm bore

S&F gun metal globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe as fixed all as specified and directed for the following bore pipes:-

(a) 50 mm bore

(b) 40 mm bore

(c) 25 mm bore

Supply and lay 100mm pipe Centrifugally Cast ductile Iron pressure pipe with spigot & Socket end,Class K-9 conforming to IS8329/2000 suitable for rubber gasket jointing with centrifugal applied inside cement mortor lining with sulphur resistant cement and external metallic zinc coating with finishing layer of black bitumen coating on external surface and ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM) rubber gastket including Specials i.e Tee,Unioin,flange Sockets & spigot, Bends any specials required to connect the PIpe all as specified and directed. Note: The above shall be inclusive of all Specials and Gaskets etc.

S&F cast iron sluice valve 100mm bore, heavy duty (Class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-780 (ISI Marked)) with both ends flanged any pattern with spindle, GI Cap, CI Wheel, rubber gasket of suitable size as ordered fixed with suitable size nuts & bolts, washers etc including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for non return/Reflex valve with by-pass arrangment, valve cast iron body as per IS-5312, Class PN-1.6, double flanged with nirtile reinforced ball fittings suitable for 100mm bore ISI mark and fixed in position with rubber gasket joints, bolts & nuts and washers etc all as specified and directed.

S & F for Air release valve double head including all fittings suitable for 100mm bore ISI mark and fixed in position with rubber gasket joints, pipe of length as ordered, bolts nuts and washers etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, monoblock open well submersible pump set , electric driven having pumping capacity Min 15 HP 74 mtr head, minimum 600 LPM directly coupled with 3 phase 50 Hz, 415 volts electric motor complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing trenchless bore using using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine bore of pipe size 200 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure mechanical numatic drilling equipment for passing water pipe line upto 200 mm dia under the existing bituminous/WBM road/PCC hard standings, depth range not less than 1.0 mtr and upto 1.5mtr and making good to the distrubed surfaces of road to match with its existing specifications all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge at site. Note : 1. Quoted rates deems to be inclusive of transportation charges of Drilling machine, connected accessories and passing pipe through bore complete with required accessories. 2. Pipe will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for construction of PCC block masonary valve chamber of inner dimentions 1.2m X 1.2m X1.20m with 20 cm thick PCC block masonary wall in CM 1:6, PCC base in 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 7.5cm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 both inner & outer face of PCC block masonary, 7.5 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) copping, angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm size with 3mm thick MS sheet chamber cover single opening arragnment with lock system, all as directed including painting the steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after necessary preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge at site.

Supply on Flat copper cable 3 core 6 Sqmm multistranded conductor for submersible pump fixed in repairs and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm x 6.00mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit depth not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth using GI Strip 32mm x 6mm by means of of nuts, bolts and washer and check nuts of GI or steel connected to main DB/Panel/equipments including necessary earth work and excavation and including PCC chamber with 1:3:6 type C-2 and cover using steel sheet 3mm thick with handlle and frame of angle iron 25x25x5mm, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering common salt chorcoal, funnel wiremesh and earth test point terminal block & testing on completion all as specified and or shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I complete all as specified and directed.
