Dismantling of existing steel structure of 06 Nos. Raw Coal Bunkers. And Shifting of scrap from bunkers to scrap yard within the premises
Preparation of material indents, procurement and supply of Raw materials including loading, transportation, storing and stacking. Also loading transportation, delivery at site including supply of all bolts, nuts, washers, electrodes, jigs, fixtures and other consumables required. Supply of all fastener required for structural fabrication. (Technical specification of materials will be provided at the time of pre bid meeting)
MS materials including MS plates, beams, angles, channels etc.
6mm thick stainless steel liner (SS 409M Grade).
Fabrication of structure with structural sections and plates, built up sections as per approved fabrication drawing, technical specification and direction of Engineer In charge. Application of one coat of primer paint of approved quality with surface preparation as per TS & Drawing.
Fabrication of MS plates, beams, angles, channels etc. (06 Bunkers)

Erection of MS plates, beams, angles, channels etc. (06 Bunkers)

Application of primer paint and finishing paint.
Application of two (2) coats of primer paint at existing hopper and bottom part of bunker structures of approved quality with surface preparation all complete as per TS and drawings including supply of paints.
Application of two (2) coats of finish paint at existing hopper and bottom part of bunker structures of approved quality with surface preparation all complete as per TS and drawings including supply of paints.
Test with X-ray/Gamma ray and ultrasonic of welded run joints.
Carrying out X-ray/Gamma ray tests of welded run joints and making available test films/graphs, reports and interpretation of the test results( for additional tests if any required by Engineer-In charge).
Carrying out ultrasonic tests of welded run joints and making available test reports/graphs, and interpretation of the test results (for additional tests if any required by Engineer-In charge).
Structures required to provide temporary support of existing floor beams, Tripper Conveyor, Hoppers.
