S&F in repair 25mm Dia PVC coated 0.63 mm thick Mild steel curtain rod with two Nos of gold polish PVC end knob and with powder coated MS brackets in each rod complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each curtain rod shall be 60 cm extra long to the size of clear opening.The each curtain rod will be minimum 750 mm and maximum 2.40 mtr leangth.

Supply & fix kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick as in floor or stair trades(in one pieces on stairs ) and edges rounded etc over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & polishing to achieve mirror finish complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fix kota stone slab 15-18 mm thick as in risers(in one pieces on stairs) /skirting/dado etc over and including 10mm screed bed plaster in cement mortar 1:4 & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & polishing to achieve mirror finish complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Precast concrete (SFRC) manhole cover of 560 mm dia,cover size 710 mm dia,frame size thickness 150 mm ,seat thickness 75mm and over all size 900 mm & cover thickness 90mm with 180 Kg over all Weight and heavy duty test load 20MT as per IS-12592 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Precast concrete (SFRC) Gully trap cover size 300mmx300 mm,frame size thickness 70mm ,seat thickness 25mm and over all size 390 mmX 390mm & cover thickness 40mm with 21.00 Kg over all Weight complete all as specified and directed.

Internal Electrification

Taking down old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket , power socket and bulk head fittings) on surface wiring on wooden batten/casings & caping complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendents holder, regulators, sockets and defective main switch/DB/MCB/Metal plug etc. by unscrewing carefully from boards etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls complete all as specfied and directed.
