Light Jungles: Clearing light jungles and trees up to 15 cm. girth including cutting, uprooting roots and stumps, removing them from the site of the work up to a distance of 30 m, etc. complete as directed. (When 30% of the area is covered by shrubs, trees etc.)

Earthwork in bank trimming to the designed section /slope by mechanical means including removing the trimmed soils to a minimum distance of 30 m, complete as directed.

Collection of blasted boulder of size 23 cm. to 30 cm in average and minimum weight 30 Kg having i. Specific gravity not less than 2.65, ii. Aggregate Chrushing < 30% (Wearing) & < 45% (Non - wearing) iii. Impact Value (%) max < 30% (Wearing) & < 45% (Non - wearing) and iv. Abrasion Value (%) < 30% (Wearing) & < 50% (Non - wearing) (Materials conforming to IS 2386 part III & IV 1963) and free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials including local carriage and stacking in regular measurable stacks of approximate 1 (One) m. height at site, etc. complete as directed. (10% under sized (minimum 10 cm) boulder is allowable for packing/filling the gaps occurred during execution of works). (15% deduction will be made from the stack measured quantities on account of void)

Collection of river gravel & shingles of size 20 mm to 40 mm in average free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials including necessary carriage and stacking in regular measurable stacks at quarry site, monopoly etc. complete as directed. (7.5% deduction will be made from the stack measured quantities on account of void).

Construction and supply of Wire -netting box of size 1.50 m × 1.50 m × 0.45 m made with mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped wire mesh with wire made of low carbon, high ductile MS wire with heavy class of galvanization with an additional layer of PVC coating with mesh type of 10 × 12 as per EN 10223 & ASTM A975, mesh wire of 2.70 mm (I.D) /3.70 mm (OD) tensile strength of 450-500/mm2, edge wire selvedge around it at least 2.5 times, lacing wire (Zinc PVC coated) of 2.20 mm (I.D)/3.20 mm (OD), VC coating thickness of 0.50 mm nominal, 0.38 mm minimum, Mesh opening size 150 mm × 150 mm and with average weight per unit being 12 Kg with additional 3% of the weight of box for lacing wire supplied separately, supporting the facing of the box with zinc coated steel wire of required length as directed, complying with ASTM and European norms.

Labour charge for making filter bed of required thickness with stone metal of size 13mm to 38 mm over the trimmed surface of river bank/embankment, slope, including site carriage of metal within a distance of 150m etc. complete as directed. Without boat

Carriage of wire netting sheets of size 2.57 X 1.67 m made of 8 G wire of 152mm Sq. mesh including loading & unloading, Stacking cost of P.O.L. ,etc. complete and including hire charge of truck with driver and handyman, etc. completed as directed. (Distance to be calculated from divisional store)

Construction of temporary shed of two roof with mud plinth of 0.45 m height above ground level with Bhaluka bamboo post 1.5 m apart, driven at least 0.75 m below ground and height above plinth of 2.5 m. Split Jatti bamboo/tarza wall 10 cm thick touch roofing over bamboo rua frame, placing at 0.15 m clear apart, fitted with bamboo kamies from binding doors and windows with Bamboo Chattai, strengthening with Bamboo frame binding with wire, roofing with TATA Shaktee roofing sheets etc., complete as directed. (Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 6.00 nos./Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 61.00 nos./Rm)
