Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Supplying, Providing, Designing ,fabricating, assembling and erection of Polyester fabric of approved make or equivalent, HT polyester yarns 1100 Dtex. Minimum weight should be 900gm/sqm, minimum Tensile strength should not be less than 4200 N/ 5cm in warp and 4000N/5cm in weft directions, minimum Tear strength should be 500 N in warp and 500 N in weft along With steel frames with all fittings and fixture such as Galvanized MS Members/ End Plate Shackles, Rigging Screws, Turn buckles, Swedge, fork, keder rods & galvanized MS strands/ cables with stainless steel end terminals complete as per Drawing/ Design/Detail & as per technical specifications and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. Rate includes cost of Design, fabric, shop drawings, patterning, cutting, fabrication, high frequency welding of fabric and steel frames/ structural steel work above pedestal , Transport to the site, assembling and installation with GI Cables, hardware and required accessories, necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Actual plan area of canopy shall be measured for payment). The tensile fabric roofing system shall have warranty for minimum 15 years as per manufacturer. The contractor shall provide original warranty certificate issued by manufacturer in the Name of Airport Authority of India of fabric mentioning the details of project."
