Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Industrial R.O+U.V. Water purifier system consisting of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Vessel with treatment media like FBM, AFM, MGS, ACM, CPM, etc along with Back wash system with multiport valves, strainer, Feed water pump, High pressure pump, RO Elements, Ultra violet system with electric control panel and internal UPVC pipe & Fitting, Gate valves, Non return valves, inlet & outlet connections fitted on well furnished and painted MS covered frame complete in all respect with Antiscalant Dosing System and container including On site services and warranty for the one year. Model No RWT-ROS-1000 capacity : 1000LPH of Renuka water technologies or equivalent makes specified in particular specifications. Note: - Quoted rate is inclusive of electrical works for connection of RO to nearest panel/pole with and including service cable/unarmoured cable of size 16 sqmm 2 core (upto 50 mtrs) and one raw water storage tank of cap 2000 Ltrs, one clear water storage tank of cap 1000 Ltrs.

Surface excavation not exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth, for foundation etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5M above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foudation, filling, sub base and mass concrete all as specified.

Brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of work.

Preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Glazed coloured ceramic jointfree/rectified tiles 300x200mm and 7 to 8mm thick in vertical surfaces like dado/skirting, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces works in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Non skid, light coloured, white printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match, including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints through out the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in surface channel and drain including all necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete, all as specified & directed.

25 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild Steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to grade Fe.290.Gde-E-165, steel work duly painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Hard drawn steel (weight not less than 4 kg per sqm) wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape as required and fixed to steel member, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with and including all fittings including short lengths, fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings( such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

20 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with and including all fittings including short lengths, fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings( such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank , two layers, ISI marked (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted with Threaded Cap and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of Capacity 2000 litres each including all accessories (i.e GI nipples and Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of bore 20mm/25mm (Minimum weight 210 gram) etc), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Bib taps , cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule for bore of pipe 15 mm fixing in repair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Gun metal globe of gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends of size 15mm fixing in repair complete all as specified.
