Supply and installation of EAD certified Category ‘A’ Dynamic Rockfall Barrier (in Multiple lines, if required as per site requirement) composed of system comprising of steel meshes and cables in Zn AI 5% class A (EN 10224-2, EN 10264-2), 3000 KJ capacity, 5 meter height, with residual height >50%, including fixing arrangements like posts, anchor bolts, plate for fixing anchor bolts, base anchors, cables / support ropes,clamps retention panels, etc and anything else as required for fixing. (specifications as per clause 5.5 of IRC HRB special Report 23), complete with post to post distance of 10m ± 2m and energy absorption by deformation by energy dissipaters, etc complete as per technical specifications including head loads, leads and lifts as per site requirements and as directed by Engineer-in-charge & GE. Supply and installing steel wire grid / mesh Geo composite made of mechanically woven Double twisted Hexagonal shaped steel wire mesh (as per IRC-HRB- special report- 23 (2014)) (wire dia. 2.7mm, class A Zn-AI 5% coated, type 8 x 10, D=80mm) inter laced during manufacturing with 8mm (construction type 6x7+CWR and of rope grade 1770 Mpa Steel Core (as per IS 2266 (2019)) in longitudinal direction at 1.0 m spacing, with minimum longitudinal tensile strength of 75 KN/m & puncture resistance of 80 KN at maximum displacement of 50 cm including top and bottom support rope, lateral wire rope cable anchors at top and bottom, lacing wire or rope lap links required to connect the nets and all accessories such as U-clamps, thimbles, including safety, all other ancillary works, material, machinery, labour, etc compete at site location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts, as per technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Maccaferri, Terre Armee, Techfab, Garware Technical Fibers, Shri Sai Eco Solutions as approved by GE.

Suppling and installation rhomboidal shaped Steel cable mesh panels (as per Ser 5.3.1.1 IRC-HRB- special report- 23 (2014) with junction strength & binding Knot connections meeting required specified Junction Strengths) of made out of 8 mm diameter of steel wire rope of size 400 mm x400 mm {Rope grade 1770 MPa Steel Core} with tensile strength of 100kN/m and punch strength of 180 KN with max displacement of 30 cm (as per IS 2266 (2019), suitable connection at junctions including top and bottom support rope, lateral wire rope cable anchors at top and bottom, lacing wire required to connect the nets and all accessories such as U-clamps, thimbles, including safety, all other ancillary work, material, machinery, labour, etc, complete all as required at site location including top and bottom lateral wire rope cable anchors at top and bottom support cable rope anchors, including head loads, leads and lifts as per site requirements and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fixing continuously threaded Self Drilling Anchor Bar of 32 mm Dia, yield load more than 400KN ,nut, washer plate 200x200 x 10 mm size, (Carbon Steel Grades in accordance BS 4449) coupler for connecting bars, with suitable corrosion protection coating for bar and accessories and full length grouting with admixture including all ancillary works for soil nailing / top / bottom / surface anchoring including all ancillary material, machinery, labour etc. complete including head loads, leads and lifts as per site requirements and technical specifications all as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Make :- DSI, SAS Anchors, Dextra, Hilti or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and installation of cable Steel wire ropes of 16 mm diameter of grade 1770 N/mm2 Steel Core (as per IS 2266 (2019), on the slope connecting them at anchor locations, all accessories, including machinery, material and labour etc, complete including head loads, leads and lifts as per site requirements and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Bharat Wire ropes, Desh wire, Tata Steel, JSW, Usha Martin, Asahi Ropes, Shree Steel Wire Ropes or equivalent as approved by GE.

Material & Labours for Manual scaling of lose rock including stacking of boulder at bottom of slope and disposal at dumping place within 1 km from the site, including all material, labour, machinery etc, complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge & GE.

Material & Labours for Removal of hanging rock mass from the slope, cutting the same into small suitable size, guiding the mass to bottom with site specific mechanical means, using suitable method, stacking the same at the toe of the slope and disposal at dumping place within 3 Km from the site including all material, labour, machinery etc, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge & GE.

Material & Labours for Removal of vegetation, bushes, shrubs in lower and upper section by suitable mechanical / manual means as per site location requirements including stacking of useful material, disposing of material from hill slope within 01 Km from the site with all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge & GE.

Material & Labours for shotcrete concreting (M25) total thickness of 100mm (50mm + 50mm) with a chain-link of 150mm×150mm×6mm wire tensile str >1100mpa for covering cracks complete including application by suitable mechanical means / manual efforts including head loads, leads and lifts as per site requirements all as directed by Engineer-in-charge & GE.
