Dismantling floor, health or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing removing survicable tiles to store and rubbish off the primises.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and any size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 grade fixed with grey cement and no pigment including 50mm thick sand coushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, as in floor over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of grenite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers,under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool,applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre,top layer 15mm cement plaster using white cement in the top layer of the item of washed Marbal stone chipping grit plaster 1:1/2:2(1 White Cement:1/2 coarse sand:2 Marbal stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including pigment(colour) to be added as per approved by Engr-in-Chrage in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing,the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Chrage (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens,nailed to the under layer including removalof wooden battens,repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description, and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.
