Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil, complete all as specified

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders n. exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and remmed to a true surface, complete all as specified

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing.

M & L for machine pressed precast designer concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size of 80mm thick M-40 Grade with greay cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for crushed stone sand filling under floors as in sand cushioning for paver tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc 10 sq. m on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified

Returning, filling in, using excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50 m and depodsiting where directed, at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out,in soft/loose soil,returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface etc , complete all specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks,Type C-1,1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on walls surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of acrylic emulsion based premium quality exterior antifungal paint on wall surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as per manufacturers instruction and as specified and as directed.

S&F for MS Rolled sections/Tubular section as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe.410-W.Gde-E-250 quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self drilling screws of size 50/75mm and aluminium washer of suitable size complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing, fixed with self drilling screws of size 50/75mm and aluminium washer of suitable size complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed

S&F for Aluminium flat , wind ties of any size fixed with self tapping screws of size 50/75mm with integral EPDM washer screwed in roof covering, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

M&L Preparing newly steel or iron surfaces of any description n.exe 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1(nominal mix) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1(nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips as in stirrups,spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete.

S&F Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc), wind ties etc including all necessary welding, drilling etc and similar works confirming to Fe-290 grade E-165 complete.

S&F GI chain link fencing with PVC coated 50mmx 50mm mesh of any dia including fixing of MS flat iron, bars & bolts to fencing posts all as specified. (Note: Supply only of MS bars, & MS bolts shall be measured & paid under relevent item of Schedule)

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed Note : Each line of wire to be measured seperately

Supply and install wall mouted split type AC units indoor/outdoor copper tubing in condensor unit including complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating of capacity 1.5 TR all as specified and directed

Supply and install Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type of designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with accuracy of 2.5% and capacity 4.0 KVA all as specified and directed

S&F drain outpipe outlet PVC 15mm dia connected from rear side of AC upto drain with necessary clamp and fixtures on wall as specified and directed

M&L for sub main wiring with PVC insulated, 1100 volts grade single core multistranded copper conductor cable confirming to IS specifications, 2 runs of 4 sqmm including one run of 4 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable as earth contonuity conductor drawn through and including one run of rigid PVC conduit of 20mm dia and accessories fixed on wall / ceiling etc or concealed in all and connecting to common earth dolly all as specified and directed (Note : 3 run of cable, earth and conduit pipe shall be measured and paid as single unit)
