Overhauling of the rope drums, lubricating of wire rope Appling cardium compound servo coal C-120/320 Thorough inspection of bearings, greasing, of the bearing, checking and tightening if fixing clamps and their replacement if required, replacement of damage nut bolts. Alignment of wire rope. Complete Job as per Engineer-in-charge. 28 Jobs for 14 Gates (2 jobs per gate)

Inspection, greasing, oil top up & alignment Works of Central drive assembly three stage gear Box One Job includes: (i) Decoupling of motor & worm shaft. (ii) Dismantling of Inspection cover. (iii) Dismantling of all the bearing covers. (iv) Draining of contaminated oil form the Oil chamber. (v) Dismantling & Removal of top cover Gear box of central drive Assembly (vi) Cleaning & Inspection of all the Gears, Gearings and Oil seals. (vii) Greasing of all bearing and refitting of Bearing covers. (viii) Refitting of top cover of Gear box and Filling the fresh oil up to the required level. (ix) Alignment of Motor & Worm shaft Re-Coupling and greasing. (x) Refitting of Inspection cover after Replacement of Rubber gasket. 14 Jobs (One Job Per Gates)

Inspection and oil top up work of End gear boxes of rope Drum. (i) Dismantling of Inspection cover. (ii) Draining of contaminated oil from the Oil Chamber. (iii) Inspection of the Gear. (iv) Filling the fresh oil up to the required level. (v) Refitting of Inspection cover after replacement of Rubber Gasket. 28 Jobs (Two Jobs Per Gates)

Brake Adjustment of the Central drive Unit One Job involves: (i) Removal of cover of Brake Assembly. (ii) Cleaning of the Brake Drum using Fine & medium emery paper. (iii) Cleaning of the Brake shoes using Petrol only. (iv) Tightening of the foundation bolts of brake assembly (v) Adjustment of the Brakes & Trial Retightening of check nut for any slip. (vi) If required Replacement of Brake shoe liner By removal of old liner, drilling holes in new liner and riveting. Readjustment of brakes. (Liner and copper rivets shall be arranged be firm) (vii) Refitting of cover. 14 nos. (One Job Per Gate)

Assistance in attending various defects during running Maintenance of gear boxes, crane, centre drive assembly, Limit Switches, wire ropes etc. during monsoon. Under this scope you will have to depute three Nos. semiskilled and two Nos. skilled fitter for any job of maintenance as and when the requirement arises during period between June to Sept.’2021.

Draining of contaminated oil and filling of fresh oil in the gear box of main hoist of Gantry crane. The Job includes: (i) Making platform for safe working. (ii) Draining of contaminated oil. (iii) Dismantling of Inspection cover of central gear box, 01 no. and End assembly gear boxes, 02 Nos. (iv) Decoupling of motor worm shaft. (v) Inspection of gears, bearings, greasing, filing of the fresh oil and box up of the inspection covers after replacements of their gaskets. (vi) Alignment of the motor-worm shaft and Re coupling and Greasing. (vii) Dismantling of Platform.

(ii) Dismantling & lifting of top cover. (iii) Draining of contaminated oil. (iv) Dismantling of Inspection cover of Gear box (v) Decoupling of motor drive shaft. (vi) Inspection of gears, bearings, greasing, filling of the fresh oil and box up of the inspection covers after replacement of their gaskets. (vii) Alignment of the motor-drive shaft and Re-coupling and Greasing. Dismantling of Platform.

Checking of the tightness of clamps of wire ropes of Main Auxiliary hoist and application of Servo coat C 120/140/320 Cardium compound on the entire Wire & Aux. hoist Rope of main and auxiliary hoist after making platform for safe working and removal of platform after completion of work. 01 job for main and Aux. hoist.
