Wet Mix Macadam 1% OPC+3.5 % emulsion Providing laying spreading to graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing of water at OMCin mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying with 1% OPC and 3.5 % emulsion (SS2) in uniform single layer on subbase / subgrade and compacting with road roller to achive desired density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. complete as per MORT&H specification clause no. 503 (i)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP (120 TPH) using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per MORT&H specification clause no. 505 (B).

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant (120 TPH) using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per MORT&H specification clause no. 507 (B).

Providing & laying of 80 mm thick rubber moulded inter locking paver tiles incl. 30 mm thick fine sand cusion bed in proper slope & camber including all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-15 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per MORT&H specification clause no. 409(i) & (ii)

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. complete as per MORT&H specification clause no. 2100.

RCC Grade M20 using batching plant transit mixer & manual placing complete as per MORT&H specification clause no. 1500, 1700 & 2100, C, Case - II.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT steel reinforcement complete in sub-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification complete as per MORT&H specification clause no. 1600 & 2200.

Thermoplstic Paint - Providing and Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates to be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T&P/machine, material and labour required for proper complition of work. In centre line, side line, stop line, Zebra line, etc.

Repeated Bars- Providing and Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates to be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T&P/machine, material and labour required for proper complition of work. In centre line, side line, stop line, Zebra line, etc.

Providing and fixing of Hectometer stone as per IRC-8 including painting and letter writing etc as per direction of E/I (HM- Stone)

Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker (Cats Eye) with Made of Plastic body of RPM/ Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-Impact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrile Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 complete as per MoRTH specification no 804 (8.35).

Supply and fixing of welded builtup cantilever structure of 6 mtrs. Span comprising of one verticle post 6 M high made up of 300 mm N.B. (M) class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top and bottom for bearing and horizental frame comprising of 50 mm NB medium class main pipes and 40 mm class medium NB pipes bacing as per approved designed drawing with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paints,(Including Trade Tax for work including cost of foundation work in 1:2:4 CC reinforced with approved design / drawing of the work and as per direction of Engineer Incharge .

Supply fixing and Erection of built-up Ovehead structure of 12.00m span comprising of one vertical post of 6.00m high made up of 300mm NB heavy class M.S. pipe as vertical member welded with 10mm MS plate at top and 12mm MS plate at bottom. The horizontal truss shall comprise of 50mm dia heavy class MS pipe and 40 mm dia heavy MS pipe as bracing and 10mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design and drawing with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC foundation of 900X900 mm of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including earth work in excavation ,100mm thick lean concrete in 1:4:8 cement and coarse sand and 40mm gauge stone ballast RCC with hand mixing in 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit including cost of reinforcement ,shuttering and cantering complete as per direction of E/I.

Supply of fully Retro Reflective sign board made of 4 mm thick ACM sheet (Type 4 double side) face to be fully covered with high Intensity encapsulated lens long types as per colour required. The Retro reflective sheet shall be processed on base Aluminium will be provide with frame of 40 x 40 x 4 mm angle all around cross with proper clamping arranged of fix cantilever structure. The back of the aluminium sheet be powder coated.

Supply & Fixing of Linear Delineator System (LDS) Panes made of Micro Prismetic Retro Reflective Sheeting Duly Laminated on thin aluminium foil to a unique corrugated shape to provide Retro Reflection across observations & External Engles Each L.D.S. panel lenghth of 33 inch & ridge shall be approximate L.D.S. Panel is to be Firmaly Fixed on Existing M.S. Ray Weldingh as & When Required.
