Repair/Routine maintenance including carrying out daily check of fire fighting system 09 zone complete 04 (Four) Buildings WNC Mess main bldg, Annex bldg, Hemadri and transist bldg (G+07 floors) ie 08 storeys 04 (Four) Buildings Narmada, Tapti, Kaveri, Hoogly and Vishkarma bldg (G+06 floors) ie 07 storeys including attending system faults, testing, checking including replacement of unserviceable components other than mentioned in schedule “A” Part-II complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Schedule 'A' Part- II Supply and replacement, installation, testing & commissioning of Micro processor based 2 wire fault tolerant loop, required loop networkable type 2 Loop (each loop accessing maximum 99 detectors and 99 modules upto 200 detctor and modules) fire alarm/detection control panel complying with BS EN 54. The panel should indicate location of all fire/fault conditions of addressable units via the address codes. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch ON /OFFrespective control module whenever any alarm is triggered. The panel shall have rectifier, Loop cards, 80 character L C D unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analogue output, external/inbuilt printer to log all fire or fault events complete in all respects. The Panel shall support 24 zones Addressable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: In case of emergency, specifications shall conform to BS5839 Standards and Duly Approved by EN54/LPCB/VDS/UL/BSA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination detector Photoelectric/optical with base with self intelligence as per IS 11360 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair Maintenance free battery duly charged 12 V 7.2 AH complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour factory fabricated hose box made of 18 gauge MS sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard fixed on wall with necessary nut/bolts or welding to existing MS pipe by supporting angle complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair rubber hose pipe 30 mtr,20mm dia plain 2 ply rayon braided high pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair canvas fire hose 63mm bore 15 m long confirming to IS Having male/female brass coupling both end complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair Stainless steel Nozzle 25 mm bore suitable for 63mm dia canvas pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair hose Reel drum suitable for 30 mtrs X 20 mm dia rubber hose pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair 100 mm dia ERW MS pipe heavy grade with all fittings and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to pipe including supporting brackets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting LT cables of various sizes from electric motor of 15 HP/11 KW capacities and decoupling from the pumping sets. Removing and taking down carefully and transporting to authorised workshop for rewinding. Strip opening and dismantling complete rotor and stator assembly. Cutting and taking out old burnt copper winding from the stator assembly and cleaning the slots of stator with carbon tetra chloride solution. Material and labour for rewinding, complete stator assembly with and including super enamelled copper winding, wire of suitable gauge matching with existing. Applying minimum two coats of insulation varnish and keeping the stator assembly in heating chamber to improve for insulation value. Assembling the motor, transporting to site of work, coupled with the pumping set, alignments properly, connecting the LT cables and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair DE bearing including necessary greasing reassembling the motor connecting, testing and commissioning complete for Motor capacity 75 HP bearing No 1314 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair DE bearing including necessary greasing reassembling the motor connecting, testing and commissioning complete for Motor capacity 15 HP bearing No 6213/C4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement of PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 6 Core 0.5 sqr mm including making necessary connection, with busbar/MCCB/DB's & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, replacement, Installation,Testing & Commissioning of Addressable Type Manual Call Point with Mounting Base as required conforming (UL's Latest Edition Approved and NFPA compliant / VDS or LPCB tested and EN54 compliant) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement, Installation,Testing & Commissioning of Addressable electronic sounder cum strobe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Star Delta starter suitable for 15 HP/11 KW pump set current relay range 9-13Amp ,3 phase 430 V ,50Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting horizontal split casing pump of any make/model, dismantling and taking out pump shaft assembly complete for replacement of pump gasket and brass bush including greasing the pumpset connecting to coupling testing & commissioning and providing MS guard for following sizes / capacities of pump complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:-

Supply and laying in replacement of spigot and socket Ductile iron water tubing having cement mortar lining on inner surface and one coat of bituminous paint over exposed surface ISI marked, IS No. 8329:2000, including rubber joint of suitable size, class K-9 laid on wall/roof/floor/trenches with proper alingnment as per site requirement and to carryout testing against leakage before filling the trenches etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
