Providing and lying in position cement concrete 1 cement:5fine sand:10 graded crushed stone aggregates 40mm size.excludingthe cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth Level

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

FORM WORK Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Flooring with marble stone of specified thickness as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-chief over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with Makrana white second quality 16 mm

12 mm thick cement plaster with 1:6 cement mortar

Providing and Laying of River Bed Material (R.B.M)/ Nallah bed Material (N.B.M) including spreading,consolidation complete in all respect including Loading, unloading and carriage complete ( to bequoted by Contractor )

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing, in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand)
