Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes,cables, etc including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms,depth upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering , etc.and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - All kinds of soil - Pipes,cables etc, exceeding 300 mm dia but not exceeding 600 mm.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:2:4 (1 cement:2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:2:4 (1 cement :2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I./D.I. pipes and specials including necessary bolts, nuts, rubber insertion and testing of joints etc.,complete - 500mm diameter pipe.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valve (PN 1.6) (with cap) conforming to IS 14846 and ISI marked, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) - 500 mm dia.

Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x100cm inside with 35 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100mm top diameter 160mm bottom diameter and 180mm deep (inside) with chained lid and R.C.C top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) necessary excavation foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design - with bricks class designation 35

Providing and laying Ductile Iron socket and spigot pipes of class K9 (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/ Electrotherm / Jai Balaji / TATA Metaliks Kubota) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for tyton /push on joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS 12288 and CPWD specification. (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber gasket will be paid separately) -500mm dia.

Providing and laying Ductile Iron Double flanged pipes of class K9 (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Electrotherm) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches(or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS12288 and CPWD specification (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) -500mm dia

Providing and fixing in position S&S standard C.I. specials (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 1538 and ISI marked - 450 to 750mm dia.

Providing and laying in position flanged C.I. specials such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 1538 and ISI marked - 450 to 750mm dia.

Providing and jointing cast iron / D.I. (S&S) pipe joints with rubber gasket (Tyton joints) conforming to IS 5382 & 12820 of SBR quality including the cost of fixing,testing the joints etc.,complete -500mm dia.

Cutting open B.T. Road or macadam road for laying water main / sewer lines and stacking the usable materials on road side for reuse in road works.

Cutting open concrete road for laying water main/sewer lines & stacking the usable materials on road side for reuse in road works.

Centering and shuttering including, strutting, propping etc, and removal of form for foundations, footing, bases of columns etc

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000m.

Construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material, mixing of a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MORTH specification, 4th revision - by plant mix method for grading I material.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC using with concrete mixer at site,laying in uniform layer by manual means in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with smooth 3 wheeled steel roller to achive the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade.

Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 - 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material and using birumen 60/70 grade.
