Providing and constructing temporary island 16 m diameter for construction of well foundation for 8m dia. Well. Assuming depth of water 4.0 m and height of island 4.5 m.

Providing and laying cutting edge of mild steel weighing 40 kg per metre for well foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated Fe 500 reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing ans technical specifications.

Sinking of 8 m external diameter well ( other than pneumatic method of sinking ) t hrough all types of strata namely sandy soil, clayey soil and rock as shown against each case, complete as per drawing and technical specifications. Depth of sinking is reckoned from bed level. Sandy Soil

(i) Depth below bed level upto 3.0 Mtr.

(ii) Beyond 3m upto 10m depth.

(iii) Beyond 10m upto 20m depth. (Add 5% for every additional meter depth of sinking over the rate of sinking for the previous meter)

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

RCC Grade M25 Height upto 5 mtr Using Concrete Mixure

RCC Grade M30 Height upto 5 mtr Using Concrete Mixure

RCC Grade M35 Height upto 5 mtr Using Concrete Mixure

Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated Fe 500 reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing ans technical specifications.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level elastomeric bearing conforming to IRC: 83 (Part-II) section IX and clause 2005 of MoRTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

SUB-HEAD-III-SUPER STRUCTURE

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification

RCC Grade M30 For Solid Slab Super-Structure 20-30% of (a+b+c) Height upto 5 mtr

PSC Grade M-40 Using Concrete Mixure For Solid Slab Super-Structure 20-30% of (a+b+c) Height 5m to 10m

PCC M15 Grade leveling course below approach slab complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Reinforced cement concrete approach slab including reinforcement and formwork complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated Fe 500 reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing ans technical specifications.

Structural Steel work such as bearing plates, 100mm dia steel tube & HT bolt 50mm dia asper direction of Engineer-In-Charge and Drawing At Crash barrier pipe rail hoisting and placing etc. Complete

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications (Over Deck Slab at Top)

Supplying and fabrication of steel work at Fabricators workshop comprising of Main Girders, Cross Girders, Connecting Plates, Stringer, Stiffening plates etc. from steel plates and structural steel of specified grades as per approved drawing including straightening, descaling, degreasing, cutting to size and shape, ddrilling, welding and grinding, supply of all MS/HTS shop or site bolts, nuts & washers, holding down bolts and nuts etc. trial assembling at workshop, one peiming coat of shop paint with red lead paint conforming to IS-102 with all labour, material, cost of paints, consumables, stacking in protected condition etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge (Carriage cost from fabricator work shop to actual bridge site will be paid seperately

Taking Delivery of fabricated Steel Work from stacks at site as necessary, assembling and erection of fabricated steel structure to proper line, level and camber as per approved drawings complete in all respect including transportion and handling supply of all fastemers, painting of all exposed surfaces of steel work after erection with one coat of red confirming to IS-102 and two coats Alumunimium paint to IS-2339, grouting of anchor bolts in position, including all labour, consumables materials, machinery, tools and tackles complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
