Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase 230V of size 300mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix air circulator wall (wall mounted fan) 450 mm sweep, 1400 RPM, 230 Volt AC, 50 Hz sigle phase air delivery not less than 115 CMM, power consumption not more than 100W, metal body and connecting up including provison of cabe from ceiling rose/connector to Wall fan all as specified and directed. Make. Bajaj product code No 250439 or its techno commercial equivalent in Crompton, Polar, Khaitan, Orient, Almonard, Havells.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type shock-resistant ABS outer body, Mild Steel with glass lined enamel coating inner tank and copper heating element upto 2 KW capacity 50 litre, BEE 5 Star rated, withstand upto 8 bar pressure, complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Bajaj model Shakti50 SWH Ivory or its techno commercial equivalent in Racold/Usha/Venus/Crompton.

M&L for sub-main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm unsheathed PVC insulated, single core heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including not less than 20mm dia non metallic rigid PVC white conduit/casing caping and conduit accesories concealed/fixed to wall/roof/floor and including suitable PVC conduit with 4 sqmm copper earth wire after taking out the existing sub-main wiring, making good to the distrubed surfaces also matching the existing surfaces all as specified and directed. Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit will be measured as one length. Three run of 4 Sq mm and PVC conduct is measured as one Run or one Meter.

Supply and fix single pole and netural sheet metal encloser with a two pin and earth plug socket complete including one double pole MCB of 20 Amp, C Curve, 10 KA rupturing capacity

Taking down old unserviceable earth pit materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable GI/Aluminium earthing strip of any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix Vertical Air Termination Solid aluminium with Base- 10 mm dia and 1000 mm long. Air Termination Base tested for conditioning, Ageing Test & Lightning impulse current withstand test: 100 kA of 10/350µs waveform in an accredited Third party laboratory as per 6.3 & 6.4 of IEC 62561-1 2017 protocol all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make JEF Cat No JIAT02 or approved by E-in-C Branch/CE Southern Command.

Supply & fix Special standing seam fixure Clamp for Air terminal on Metal Structure -Site specific all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make JEF Cat No JICT54 or approved by E-in-C Branch/CE Southern Command.

Supply & fix 8 mm dia solid Aluminium Conductor for Down Conductor and tested as per IEC 62561- 2 conducted in the Govt. aggregated thirty party laboratory to meet the requirement of IS/ IEC 62305 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make JEF Cat No JIDC01 or approved by E-in-C Branch/CE Southern Command.

Supply & fix Aluminium conductor holding clamp suitable for fixing 8 mm Down Conductor, Conductor holder @ 1 meter distance should be tested as per IEC-62561-2 conditioning & Ageing test, conducted in the Govt. accredited thirty party laboratory to meet the requirement of IS/ IEC 62305 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make JEF Cat No JIDC01 or approved by E-in-C Branch/CE Southern Command.

Supply & fix Standing Seam clamp :To hold 8 mm Al conductor at every 1m dist on the top roof without any drilling on roof, Installation can be made through simple fastening system ,mainly used for seaming sheet roof application tested as per IEC-62561-2 for conditioning & Ageing test & conducted in the Govt. accredited Third party laboratory to meet the requirements of IS/IEC 62305 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Conductor during temperature variations to be provided on conductors length over 20 meters to connect Solid Round Al. Supply & fix test link in order to disconnect the earth termination system for enabling measurements. SS Test Link To connect Round to Flat conductor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make JEF Cat No TL06 or approved by E-in-C Branch/CE Southern Command.

Supply & fix Earth Electrode Cu Bonded Steel Rod 14.2mm dia x 3000mm-(250Microns);Eco Friendly rust proof heavy duty weather proof Polyethylene Earth Pit Chamber with following dimensions :254 mm dia (top), 330 mm dia (bottom) & 260 mm (height).;14.2 / OD SS Clamp Both Side; Carbon based backfill compound - 25Kg all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make JEF Cat No R14.CB1.SS01.E06 or approved by E-in-C Branch/CE Southern Command. Note for item No 13 : Note : The earthing pit value should be less than 5 ohms and in case the value are not found within limit during the defect liability period, the same to be rectified by the contractor free of cost.

Suply & fix 25 X 6 mm size GI strip from AL Conductor to the earth pit station and further the same strip shall be used for interconnecting all the earth pits below ground leve Zinc coating: 500 g/m square (Approx :70 micron coating) Should be tested and use exclusively for lightning protection ,earthing system and ring equipotential bonding all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make JEF Cat No DW16 or approved by E-in-C Branch/CE Southern Command.

Supply & fix Holder -GI for fixing 25x 6 mm GI Strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make JEF Cat No JICL08 or approved by E-in-C Branch/CE Southern Command.

Note : (a) Lightening arrester infrastrucure special repairs/replaced work to be carried out on GI/CGI/Asbestos sheet roof of hangars upto 25 Mtr Height. (b) The expenditure of Ladder/Crane will be borne by the contractor and all rates deemed to be inluded the same.
