Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix as in foundation filling,mass concrete etc complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate nominal mix in benching of surface channel as in drains and finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (inner girth only measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix as in coping,kersbs, mud stops rounded or chamfered in edges etc, finish even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed including necessary formwork as per site requirement

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix as in posts,Holdfasts complete all as specified and directed including necessary formwork as per site requirement

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix as in drain beds etc complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix as in plinth protection complete all as specified.

M&L for precast cover slabs Factory made type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm mm graded stone aggregate) like for manhole/ drains etc inclluding TMT Bars as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Formwork to faces of wall,parapet, coping,lintel,landing, to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter not specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS screw, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long and dia of bolt etc, complete all as specified and directed
