Supply and fixing of Fire fighting application oblique type stainless steel Hydrant Valve of size 63mm dia with oblique type instantaneous coupling with rotating wheel to open and close the valve including MS flange of table “E”, bolts & nuts with washer as per IS 5290 at ring main around the building and wet riser inside the building including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Supply, installation of Fire Fighting Application 180 degree swinging type, hose reel drum with 20mm dia braided thermoplastic hose of 30 metres long, so as to extend to necessary distance by self rolling spindle wheel including necessary 20mm dia ball valve and open and close spray nozzle, warm clip, etc., as per the standard pattern of any reputed make at every floor nearer to hydrant valve, including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary., etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Near every hydrant points including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Supplying and fixing Colour Galvanum sheet roof of 0.47mm thick and steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10 [One Cement, Five CS Sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly] using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 [one cement, two crushed stone Sand and four hard broken stone jelly] using 20 mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting NEW IRON works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with TWO COATS of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. [The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.]

Supply and Fixing of PlyWood Back Support for AC High wall unit. with 19mm thick water proof marine grade, termite Proof BWR plywood of size 1.55m x 0.55m . The required plywood shall be externally finished with approved lamination . The Back Support should enclose the electrical outlet arrangements for the powering the Hi wall Unit, drain pipe and associated valves of Chiller pipe line to the High wall Unit as per site condition., complete complying as per standard specification and as directed by departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Trap Door/ Inspection Door for Ceiling Suspended AHU with 19mm thick water proof marine grade BWR plywood, termite proof and MS Grills with tubular sections of required sizes of all trusses including anchor bolt fittings at suitable places should be done as per approved drawings. All cutting, drilling holes, welding and fixing of members with necessary bolt and nuts of approved quality hoisting, aligning and glazing the frames in position should excute as per approved drawings. The Trap door is externally finished with approved lamination & internal surfaces lined with acoustic insulation with necessary approved hardware/accessories and fixed as per site condition. The Trap Door/ Inspection Door should be fixed such a way that the AHU can be accessed and serviced periodically. The rate should included the cost of painting the members with one coat of red oxide primer and zinc chromate etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and Fixing the required number of mild steel frames (to be used inside cable trench) using ISMC, MS Flat and cladding supports which includes required anchor bolt fittings at suitable places should be done as per approved drawings. All cutting, drilling holes, welding and fixing of members with necessary bolt and nuts of approved quality hoisting, aligning and glazing the frames in position should excute as per approved drawings. The rate should included the cost of painting the members with one coat of red oxide primer and zinc chromate etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Cable trench MS support frame ISMC 75 Frame 1 - Ladder type (vertical 1.60m (1no) and horizontal 0.50m (5 nos)). Frame 2 - L type (Vertical 1.60m (1no), Horizontal 0.50m(1no) and 40mm flat support in vertical 1.60m) each frame having 6nos of Anchor bolt. Rate for both frame 1 & 2 (consider as 1no).
