Supplying and making outdoor cable end jointing with cast resin compound, including lugs and other joining materials for following size of 3 core XLPE AL conductor cable of 11 KV grade as reqd. 120 sq mm

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts etc. as required. Above 8 meter upto 11 meter.

Supply and erection of Stay Set complete(galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia x1.8 meter long stay rod, Anchor plate of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20mmX60mm) 7/3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 corse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nomial size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as reqd.

Supply and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts washers etc as reqd.

Supply of swaged type steel tubular pole of following height duly painted with two coats of red oxide and two coats of silver paint made of Mild Steel conforming to IS 2713 part III of 1980 designated as 410 SP15 LT 8 mtr and 410 SP 29 HT 9 mtr planted in 1.5 m deep pole pit to be dug for the purpose, welded with (300x300x6) mm base plate at bottom including filling back the pit with cement concrete excavation 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 corse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nomial size) (excluding the cost of CC). The planting depth of the pole shall be 1/6 th of pole 9 mtr height

Providing fixing testing and commissioning of heavy duty 11KV link set.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of post type/ Horn gap type 11KV Triple Pole drop out fuse unit fitted with fuse element. (D.O. Set)

Supply of channel iron 75mmx40mmx6mm(7.14 kg per metre) pole top bracket/cross arm for single 11 kv over head line conductor complete with 50mmx6mm flat iron clamps,bolts,nuts and washers including drilling holes for insulator pins,bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply of 50mmx8mm M.S flat iron pole top bracket/cross arm for single 11/22/33 KV over head line conductor complete with fixing clamps,bolts,nuts and washers drilling holes for insulator pins,bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply of two lengths of channel iron 75mmx40mmx6mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11 KV over head line conductor complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles,50mmx6mm M.S flat welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together,including drilling holes for insulator pins/fitting,bolts,nuts and washers etc(as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/2.11 mm to 7/3.00 mm diameter including binding etc. as required.

Dismentling of over head lines comprising of copper/aluminium over head conductor,G.I. wire, cross arms,insulators etc.as required.

Construction of Platform of size 8’-0”x5’-0”x4’-0” (ht) for electric substation with cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand :8crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with 20% stone boulders including cost of formwork, curing, earthwork in excavation(1’-0”)depth, laying of 6” thick layer of cement concrete 1:4:8 in foundation, consolidation, plastering the exposed vertical surface of platform with cement mortar1:4(1 cement:4 sand) P&L of 75 mm thick cement concrete with 1:2:4(1cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at top of the platform. Including providing and fixing of G.I wire of dia 4mm chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts bolts and washers as required complete. Note:- Total height of the platform shall be 4”-0” which would include 1’-0” below the ground and 75 mm thick cement concrete laid at top of platform.

Supply/laying of following size of 11 KV graded HT XLPE insulated inner sheath of PVC,Galvanised steel flat strip or round/ Armoured (U.E) cable confirming to IS 7089Part-2.2011 with upto date amendments (Havells/polycab/gloster/General) 3 core 70 Sq mm cable

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling/Disconnection of Electrical Sub Station including disconnection of the L.T & HT cable of Distribution Transformer and reconnection of the Distribution Transformer after repair with LT&HT cable complete job. The Job includes the Disconnection of the earthing system and refixing after the transformer is repaired.

Dismantling and Reconnection of L.T cable connection from the L.T line pole including end termination, fixing the insulating tape, cleaning the carbon accumulated and reinstallation the same at various service line connection wherever required.
