M & L for testing and fault locating of LT underground cable with the help of cable fault locating machine at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge. (Note:- The quoted rate shall deemed to be included the cost of transportaion of machine to and from site and any rental charges for the machine. Locating of faults at one site will be measured as one Job irrespective of the number of faults. Rectification of fault will be measured and paid separately under relevant items seperately)

Supply, jointing and testing in repair cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25-50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing in repair cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70-150 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing in repair cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25-50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and not e. 1.5m in depth for foundation of poles, laying UG cables, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soft / loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for boring/drilling by machines/manual horizontally under the road in any type of soil without cuttiing/disturbing the existing road and inserting GI pipe of any size for drawing the cable complete all as specified.(GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for laying double wall corrugated HDPE pipe, UV stabilized of size 90X75 mm (ODX ID), IS-16205 for cable protection laid in trenches or fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.
