Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan & not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth filling under floors, raised platform and similar locations including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Soil obtained from excavation under serial item No. 2.00 here-in-before shall be used for filling under this item.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, base over hardcore of platform etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, top layer over platform, etc. surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HT 11KV, 3Phase, 50Hz, totally enclosed metal clad SF6 switchgear having rupturing capacity upto 630 Amps, Outdoor Non-Extensible Fixed Type (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) 5-Way comprising of 03 Nos manually operated Load Break Switch and 02 Nos manual charging fixed-type Vacuum Circuit Breaker, inside robotically welded stainless steel grade 304 (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank having of minimum thickness 2.5mm with IP67 Degree of Protection and enhanced BIL of 75kVp internally to manage voltage surges and 01 Nos Air insulated metering panel. RMU should be provided with internal bus bars, as well as earthing bus bars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for Internal arc test of AFL 21kA/1 sec for tank as per IEC62271-200. RMU shall have on-site-repairability features such as site replacable bushing/ coupling/ mechanism and gas refilling at site. The earthing bus bar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of cable sheilds. Supply, laying and testing HT underground cable, (XLPE) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor, 11000 Volts (Earthed) grade of cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/ducts/through pipe in road crossings/ paths /drains /ducts /floors /along poles/ walls/ ceilings/ equipments etc. complete all as specified and directed. Notes:-(i) Necessary excavation and earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting / floor cutting/cutting hole etc in wall required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing site condition. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account and quoted rate for this item shall be deemed to include for the same.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HV, Type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mm confirming to IS -5820 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning (Local Tibba sand) to underground cable provided with a layer of 8cm deep before laying cable and 15cm after laying of cable and punned to 18cm after laying of cable and cover for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Approved local tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing to Transformer / GOD switch / equipments / panels etc with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
