Distempering with 1st quality acrylic/ oil bound washable distemper, of approved manufacture of required shade and colour complete as per manufacture specifications i. one or more coats ( old work).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic/ oil bound washable distemper, of approved manufacture of required shade and colour complete as per manufacture specifications ii. Two or more coats (new work).

Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interior & exterior using premier as per manufactures specifications, painting wood work with deluxe multi surfcae of required shade two or more coats applied.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give and even shade, one or more coats on old wood work.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. i. for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm

Providing and laying / fixing Anti skid ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm ( thickness to be specified by the manufactures) of 1st quality conforming to NITCO, ORIENT, KAJARIA, SOMANY or equivalent make white , ivory thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc, complete, including cost and carriage of all material complete.

P/F Ist Class quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to (thickness nit less than 5mm)of approved make in all colours shade of any size as approved by Engineer- in-charge 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand) and joining with grey cement sluring, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing white vitreous China wash basin including making of all connections complete as required White vitreous China pedestal for wash basin completely recessed at the back for reception of pipes and fittings complete.

Providing and fixing C.P fitting approved quality ( Jaquare/ Johnson/ Cera/ Kerovit or equilant make) conforming to ISI standards including all necessary fittings etc complete job. Mixer (15mm dia )
