Supply of following size XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (PART-I) with upto date amendments as required. ( If the manufacturer does not have NABL accredited Laboratory, samples from site shall be collected jointly by AAI and the agency and it will be sent to NABL accredited Laboratories / Govt. Laboratories / IITS/IISc/ IISER/ Colleges/ Universities for acceptance Testing as per IS. The contractor will do all the Liasoning, transportation etc. and pay the testing charges. Nothing extra will be paid by AAI.If it is found that the cable supplied is not as per the requirement of IS, the supply will be rejected or recovery shall be made from the bill or any due pending with AAI from any airports)

Supplying of 90 mm nominal dia ( OD) HDPE pipe (PE- 63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with upto date ammendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing and laying the same by horizontal directional drilling ( micro tunnelling) method that is without cutting open trench etc. complete as required. (Only required quantities are to be supplied and laid. Contractor shall take detailed measurements at site before Supply of HDPE pipe , If any balance of pipe is availalable after laying and same shall be taken back by agency, Nothing will be paid extra).

Supplying of 63 mm nominal dia ( OD) HDPE pipe (PE- 63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with uptodate ammendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing and laying the same by horizontal directional drilling ( micro tunnelling) method that is without cutting open trench etc. complete as required. (Only required quantities are to be supplied and installed. Contractor shall take detailed measurements at site before Supply of HDPE pipe, If any balance of pipe is availalable after laying and same shall be taken back by agency, Nothing will be paid extra).

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required

Supplying of earth enhancing compound ( UL Listed) and CPRI tested etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing of 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/HDPE Pipe/ cable as required

Cutting bitumenous/cement concrete road etc. to a depth upto 1.0 m. and width upto 75 mm. and refilling the same and making good the same to the original finish along with mobile DG for power supply and water bowser etc. complete as required

Excavation of the trench in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width, and lift upto 1.5mtr, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50mtrs.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation for LT panel /road crossing/foundation for cable chamber etc as required.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Brick work with bricks of class designation 60 in foundation and plinth in 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Cement plaster 12mm thick of mixture 1:6
