SPECIAL REPAIRS TO FRESH WATER SUPPLY DELIVERY PIPELINES AT UWR (GOA) UNDER AGE E/M - II OF GE (NW) VASCO.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying of water lines ,not exceeding 10 Sqmtr on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil.

All as per Item No.1.01 above but in soft/ disintegreted rock

Returning and filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick using hard/dense soil complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at all level not exc 1.50 mtr above the strating point complete all as directed.

Taking up old GI tubing and connection from the trenches / floor or walls of the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed :- Note :- Excavation & earth work not included same will be priced, measured and paid seperately under relevent items of Sch 'A'

( c) 25mm bore size

(d) 20 mm bore size

Supply & laying GI Tube medium grade with all fitting (union, elbow, socket) , flanges,nut & bolts laid in trenches complete of the following size

(a) 80mm bore size

(c) 25 mm bore size

All as per item No. 1.10 but fixed to wall /Ceiling or laid on floor with all fitting (union, elbow, socket), flanges, nut & bolts of the following sizes :-

S&F gun metal gate valve with iron head wheel screwed both ends for iron pipe, fixed both ends complete all as specified and directed

S&F CI Sluice valve PN 1.6 double flanged and drilled, heavy duty with stainless steel spindle cast iron wheel including necessary joining material, nuts, bolts & washer and flanges with rubber insertion/ packing on both ends all as specified of size 80mm dia

S&F bip tap cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed of size 20mm dia

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry chamber (230mm thick wall) of 60x60x60cm thickness internal size, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, brick wall with sub class 'B' brick old size built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping rendering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick and painting the brick work externally and internally with anti- fungal paint, including provision MS Sheet cover 3mm thick fixed to MS angle frame made out of 40x40x6 mm thick with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces and locking arrangement including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil

Supply & fixing PVC low pressure float valve assessories complete with epoxy coated aluminium rod and H.D ball of following size 20mm

Supply only single stage pump 2 HP Non clogging submersible Pumpset including necessary cable connection and connecting main DB of suitable capacity alongwith starter DOL type delivery hose of suitable size as directed.

Taking up u/s sluice valves from existing CI main any type 150/100 mm dia all as directed.

Supply, laying and Jointing in trenches DI pipes class K-9 of standard lenth spigot and socketed end push type joint with rubber gasket as jointing material , internal cement morter cotting and external surface with bituminious paint 150 mm dia ISI marked including specials, exacavtion, laying and jointing all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying and Jointing in trenches DI pipes class K-9 of standard lenth spigot and socketed end push type joint with rubber gasket as jointing material , internal cement morter cotting and external surface with bituminious paint 100 mm dia ISI marked including specials, exacavtion, laying and jointing all as specified & directed.

S&F 150 mm bore CI sluice valve PN 1.6 double flanged and drilled, heavy duty with Stainless steel spindle cast iron wheel including necessary joining material, nuts, bolts & washers with rubber insertion/ packing on both ends all as specified and directed

S&F 100 mm bore CI sluice valve PN 1.6 double flanged and drilled, heavy duty with Stainless steel spindle cast iron wheel including necessary joining material, nuts, bolts & washers with rubber insertion/ packing on both ends all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for construction of valve chambers in repairs size 900 x 900 x 900MM depth with PCC foundation in the ratio 1:4:8 brick work cement motor in the ratio 1:4 using old size of class B bricks,.PCC coping at the Top in the Ratio 1:2:4; Plastering 15mm thick in the ratio 1:4 including MS sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron frame 25 x 25 x 4mm, locking arrangement complete with painting on steel surfaces with one coat of red oxide paint over two coats of synthetic enamalled paint all as specified and and directed. (Earth work is deemed to be inclusive in the rate)

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 50 mm dia bore and fixing Up in cast iron water supply mains of bore 100mm all as specified and directed
