Supply & Fix in replacement Junction/loop in - loop out box weather proof incluiding made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120 mm out side and 300x200x105 mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strip for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps and 02 Amps MCB SP with base incluiding embossing/ painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5 cm with letters,figures band conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of junction box body complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of all HT/LT connection electrically and machanically of Indoor transformers 400 KVA capacity, taking out from Sub- Station carefully including transportation to MES yard, complete all as directed.

Supply & install ,testing and commissioning of transformer step down, indoor type copper wound 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 500 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN) , with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondry side (LV) and having taping at +5% to 10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changergear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability prime grade crgo with M4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked and shall comprise of the following :-

(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer , with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3 core 120 Sqmm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty , armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out single core 1000 sqmm, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (c ) conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel). (e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level guage, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting ligs,oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable roller (f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 1986 marked, filtered and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree celsius Ohm-om 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Deta at 90 degree celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree celsius and sluge 0.1 % by weight.

(l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer. (m) Tranformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I with energy Effeciency level - II. (n) Oil temperator indicator , winding temperature indicator, marshlig box single window, double flit buchhols relay with alarm and trip contact including connection to existing RMU relay with PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm 10 core 1100 volts grade.

Supply and fix cable end jointing kit for 11 KV earth grade cable for indoor terminal heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm.

M&L for boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including material and labour for HDPE pipe of 160 mm dia suitable for 04 Kg/cm working pressure. Wall thickness of pipe not less than 6.5 mm. NOTE : The obtaining of permision for trenchless boring under NH -8 and IGL will be responsibility of the contractor.

Labour and T&P only for relaying the HT cables in same/any position all as directed by engr - in - charge after dressing the soil complete all as specified and directed.

The charging equipment will be operated from 240Volt +/- 10%, 50 c/s supply. The cabinet should be complete and internally wired auto/mannual switch.
