Supply and fixing loading coil, 12-15 Watts suitable for 60 TR chiller unit model- CXH0180298Y of make Rotex including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Voltage protection device,440 V for 30 TR AC plant including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: SOFTHARD or equivalent)

Supply and fixing motor protection device,30-220 amps for 30 TR AC plant including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: SOFTHARD or equivalent)

Supply and fixing in repairs chiller sensor suitable for Bluestar chiller unit Model no. XWCS2026AR2 of 25 TR as per existing model and make complete all as specified and as directed.

SECTION -II

Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance of Central Air conditioning plant of capacity (3 x 60 TR) as per manufactures manual of preventives and comprehensive maintenance and with periodicity mentioned there in as per particular specification including servicing of units installed at HQ CICG TG for equipments as listed below :- (a) Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance of complete Screw type water chilling machine (60 TR) -03 Nos, each consisting of 1 No 60 TR Screw type compressor, Chiller shell and tube, Condenser shell and tube, microprocessor based control panel complete system through OEM/ manufacturer i.e. any one of M/s Blue Star/Trane/Voltas/ Hitachi/ Carrier including submission of quarterly service reports from OEM. Total No. Chiller units-03 Nos. (b) Preventive, comprehensive and general routine maintenance of following equipments :- (i) Condenser water mono block pump set 10 HP - 03 Nos. (ii) AHUs complete with accessories such as casing, chilled water coil, hot water coil, any type of air filters, drive motors control panel etc. complete-06 Nos. (iii) Compressor water pipe lines and its control valves complete-Lot. (iv) Chiller water pipe lines and its control valves – Lot. Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance of Central Air conditioning plant of capacity (2 x 24 TR) as per manufactures manual of preventives and comprehensive maintenance and with periodicity mentioned there in as per particular specification including servicing of units installed at ERG, 3 ETH at 505 ABW for equipments as listed below :- (a) Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance of complete water cooled scroll chiller package having 2 Nos compressor of cap 24 TR- 2 units, each consisting of 2 Nos 12.5 TR scroll type compressor, Chiller shell and tube, Condenser shell and tube, microprocessor based control panel complete system through OEM/ manufacturer i.e. any one of M/s Blue Star/Trane/Voltas/ Hitachi/ Carrier including submission of quarterly service reports from OEM. Total No. Chiller units-02 Nos. (b) Preventive, comprehensive and general routine maintenance of following equipments :- (i) Centrifugal pump set, electric driven for condenser 3 HP – 02 Nos. (ii) Centrifugal pump set, electric driven for Hot water generator 3 HP – 02 Nos. (iii) Centrifugal pump set, electric driven for chilled Water 5 HP – 02 Nos. (iv) AHU from 1500 CFM to 5000 CFM – 07 Nos. (v) Electrically operated hot water generator of Capacity 30 KW complete with automatic and safety controls such as safety valve, purge valve, high limit cut out, automatic and manual reset, low level cut out stop controller, thermostat, heaters including its control panel-02 Nos.(vi) Hot water piping, insulation, fittings control valves connected between hot water unit to pump set and pump set to various AHUs-Lot. Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance of Package type AC plant of capacity (3 x 11 TR) as per manufactures manual of preventives and comprehensive maintenance and with periodicity mentioned there in as per particular specification including servicing of units installed at Logistic Section, 505 ABW for equipments as listed below :- (a) Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance of complete Package type AC plant of capacity (3 x 11 TR) -03 Nos, each consisting of 2 Nos 5 TR Hermetic Compressor, Make- Denfoss,2 Nos air cooled Condenser, microprocessor based control panel complete system through OEM/ manufacturer i.e. any one of M/s Blue Star/Trane/Voltas/ Hitachi/ Carrier including submission of quarterly service reports from OEM. Total No. of package units-03 Nos. (b) Preventive, comprehensive and general routine maintenance of following equipments :- (i) Hermetic Compressor, Make- Denfoss – 06 Nos (ii) Humidity Pump – 01 No (iii) Condenser Unit 11 TR Cap - 03 Nos. (iv) Electric control panel in plant room - 01 Nos. (v) AHU with cooling coil and blower motor 3 HP - 01 Nos.

Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance of Package type AC plant of capacity (2X 7.5 TR) as per manufactures manual of preventives and comprehensive maintenance and with periodicity mentioned there in as per particular specification including servicing of units installed at Recoil Section at 505 ABW for equipments as listed below :- (a) Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance of complete Package type AC plant of capacity (7.5 TR) -02 Nos, each consisting of 1 No 7.5 TR Reciprocatrng Compressor Model ADC PU ASPI 75 P Make - Voltas,1 No.Air cooled Condenser, microprocessor based control panel complete system through OEM/ manufacturer i.e. any one of M/s Blue Star/Trane/Voltas/ Hitachi/ Carrier including submission of quarterly service reports from OEM. Total No. Chiller units-03 Nos. (b) Preventive, comprehensive and general routine maintenance of following equipments :- (i) AHU with cooling coil & Blower Motor 3 HP-02 Nos. (ii) Electric control panel in plant room - 01 Nos. (iii) Voltage Stabilizer 20 KVA - 01 Nos. (iv) Strip heaters, 3 kW, Make-Dasspass- 06 Nos (v) Supply air ducting complete, aluminum section grills/diffusers its dampers, fire dampers complete. (vi) Cubical type floor mounted main LT panel complete-1 No.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 2.01 to 2.05:- (a) The comprehensive maintanance of plant under this contract shall be done through Manufacturer i.e. any one of M/s Blue Star/Trane/Voltas/ Htachi/ Carrier. The contractor will have to submit MoU on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- duly notarized as per proforma (on serial page No. 111 & 112) within twenty eight days from date of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and work will executed as per policy invouge of the contractors default. (b) Contractor has to carry out all major and minor break down/repairs pertains to complete machineries of central AC Plant & connected cooling tower AHUs rates quoted is deemed to be included for all except any damage due to natural disasters such as flash, floods, earth quake, cyclone etc. (c) The contractor shall carry out routine checking of the complete system and rectify the minor/major defects noticed immediately. Cleanning of fine air filter such a way that all AHUs are cleaned once in a month and making a maintenacne register for above maintenance and one separate register to be maintained as complete register received from deptt and taking signature from users after recrifying the defects if any. The contractor will arange to clean all the grills/ducts/filters on regular basis with vaccurn cleaner & other appliances and record to be maintained. If complaints were not attended after six hours the following penalties will be imposed and deducted from payments. :- (i) Rs. 200/- per complaint for not attending the complaint and keeping pending from six hours to 12 Hour/per complaint. (ii) Rs. 500/- per complaint for not attending the complaint and keeping pending 12 hours to 24 hours/per day.

(d) Contractor should provide one technician to attend local complaints, minor faults, routine cleaning of filters and grills and other clanging and maintenance work in day shift 0700 hrs to 1500 hrs. (e) All consumables such as de scaling solution (use latest solution) having very less quantity of acid and other maintenance materials such as,oil, lubricants, grease, gland packing thimbles, etc. will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (f) In case of break down, the additional manpower if required will be arranged by the contractor. The cost of the same are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (g) Required refrigerant gas and compressor oil for maintanance including initial topping up if required of Plant are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (h) The rate of note No. (a) to (g) above are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

SECTION -III
